History and context is important. There wasn't always a bridge on Peoria over the railroad tracks and this place used to be more visible from the road. Now they seem to cut costs anywhere they can to continue serving a wide range of local clientele.
This is not the place to go for ultra luxury five star fine dining. If you want absolutely amazing lo mein at an affordable price I would recommend it.

I have to give this little family ran spot definitely 5 out of 5 stars, I have been coming here many many years, and never had a problem with the food, or the service. They have very decent prices amongst their menu and plenty of different choices.

I got a small order of shrimp, and it hurt my stomach... Usually it's great to decent. A comedian Dat Phan joked how in Nail Salons' they're always talking about you and that's how it feels ..! Never smiling. They desperately need a bilingual person that speaks English! I never tip here anymore because of the bad, terrible and horrible attitude but the shrimp and decent price is too tempting. I'm going to Colorado Blvd. from now on. This place went to hell in a hand basket...

This place is very basic with alright Chinese food. It is very reasonably priced. If you go in with your expectations set correctly, you'll like the food and get your money's worth. If you go in expecting panda express, that is not what you will experience. Very good value for price paid and the food is tasty for the price point.

Overall, I will give this place a 4 out of 5. For the price of the food, the food quality was pretty good. Service was terrific and fast, and the atmosphere felt like a old fashion restaurant, but most of all, it felt great. Check out my video for the review😎

I've got free soda with the combo (pepper shrimp + BBQ pork) for a very nice price (just a bit over 8$).

The food itself is great very tasty the noodles are nice the Mongolian beef is great and the teriyaki chicken is fantastic only reason why they get four stars is like everybody stating down in the reviews the small lady with the short black hair is very rude. I’m sure she talks mess about the customers in her language.
