This is a very clean restaurant. The employees making sandwiches (Angelica and Tasha) were very mindful to wash their hands after using the register. Also, I was impressed that they took off gloves after making sandwiches and replacing them with new ones. I have a tomato alergy and it was good to see them being safe. It was busy because it was lunchtime and they handled the line quickly. They asked questions of how we wanted our sandwiches made. They made us feel like our sandwiches were made especially for us. I mean beyond what a subway would normally do. They asked if we wanted Chios, cookies, drinks etc. They seem to be LGBTQ+ friendly. It is located on the first floor, easy parking and handicapped accessible.

Its a subway! The food was good, the atmosphere was Subway but the customer service needs a boost. No Greeting, No smiles just a what would you like. The person working first in line, preparing the bread and the initial order would have rather been anywhere but there. Just a Robot. Too bad because the sandwich was well made and tasty but she made you feel like you were at the Food-o-mat.

I use this Subway frequently, even though it is a little further than a few other closer Subways. Their pricing seems to be lower and others and the staff is always great.
Recently I did an app order and received the wrong sandwich. Kayti went out of her way to apologize and make it right. She was very professional and was extremely kind. As I ate my sandwich, I observed her and her team going the extra mile to be welcoming and kind to everyone that came in - even if it was not returned back to them. Nice job and will keep coming back to this location!

I have never ordered Subway catering before & was recently trying to navigate the online ordering. One menu said they offered the Giant Subs but when trying to order them, they were not an option... So in my confusion I decided to just call this Subway store & asked for the manager. Katie, was the kind, friendly & so very helpful manager with whom I was speaking to! She explained to me about the catering actually not offering the Giant Subs anymore, but that her store had the stuff to complete my order & would be more than happy to accommodate me. Katie has, in my opinion gone above & beyond in trying to help me & for this, I am truly so thankful!!

I placed my order way earlier than my expected lunch time, Katie was wonderful she went out of her way and put the order on hold for around the time I would be on lunch which was about 4 hours later. It was warm and toasty when I received my sandwich ☺️ Everything was great over all. Shout out to Katie for having awesome customers service.

Subway is sub a licious. The cookies are off da hizzz-ook. Make sure you ask for some sweet sweet yellow peppers. Add some pickles for that give your life a deep sense of purpose.

The staff at this Subway totally made my day! I walked in and the younger guy was sanitizing the counter top and glass, he saw me and practiced social distancing and moved on to the tables and chairs. The woman who greeted me was nice and patient while I decided. The gentleman that carefully prepared my meatball sandwich even suggested parmesan cheese, which I wouldn't have thought to add on top of my selected veggies. I used my coupon and I was out in a flash! I really appreciate those 3 people who made my experience great enough to take time to add a 5 star review. Definitely feel comfortable coming back!
