7:45am on 2/11 the short woman working left the registers with a line of people waiting to make coffee. I didn't say anything about it till I grabbed my receipt and tossed the last person's receipt on the counter it fell of the other side not my intention but then the women started to pop an attitude with me. I'll admit I gave her back attitude as her attitude started. She told me to not come back. And I won't and neither will my friends or family. Because of this one woman the business has lost my patronage. Which is unfortunate as I live close and come her often. My family and money won't be back.

Rude worker. Today I went in and bought my kid a fake dip and dot and a refill. He was rude and with his mouth full told me I need to show him my cup eventhough i walked in right in front of him. Then my kid brought me an expired burrito so maybe they should worry less about talking and eating and more attention on the customer coming and going and should pull expired food. Also store was filthy and under stocked

This 7 Eleven sucks. The old lady there has overcharged me a few times and is extremely rude. The place is always dirty. That lady shouldn’t be working there trashy employee. Everytime I try and use my 7 eleven points they say the machine isn’t working but it is. They just don’t want to discount any items.

Be very careful about going to this particular store. All the other 7-Eleven‘s I’ve ever gone to have been pleasant experiences. No public bathroom no sign that it’s out of order just a lady screaming at you that it’s out of order. Then a man with a broom and a dust pan proceeded to call me an MFer for multiple times because I threw a used big gulp cup in the wrong trashcan. I can’t possibly imagine that this was an employee or whether he was just someone off the street. Fair warning to all.

No Public Restroom according to clerk who let a lady and her son use it right before me.
That practice is illegal and against code.
I will never buy anything again there after that inhuman treatment.

I've never had a bad experience here, only giving 4 stars because sometimes they don't have a specific type of energy drink I like, other than that the staff is always friendly. Great place for when you forget milk at the grocery store and have to make a mad dash somewhere in the middle of a snow storm.

Yet another 7-11 that will not let paying customers use the restroom. I find this pattern very concerning...where exactly are we supposed to go when we are running errands? This is a customer service issue, and only if we boycott places that do this will they return to focusing on customer satisfaction.
