This is my new favorite taco and breakfast burrito place. The beef tacos are always juicy, crunchy, fresh and everything right. The breakfast burritos are so full, finishing is the real battle, the are great. I really dislike potatoes and they always follow any instructions in my orders. I don’t know what to say but they are the best, fresh, even reheated next day. The salsa and hot sauce too!
Went through drive thru and ordered 3 breakfast burritos. Although they aren’t as thick as I’m used to, these burritos were good size for the price. Fresh salsa, a lot of meat, and hot. The lady at the window was generous and kind.
I love how consistently this restaurant labels their food—I have dietary restrictions and never have to worry I'm biting into someone else's pork dish when we order here. Everything's always packaged sustainably and in materials that can be microwaved, too! Delicious food and a well-run establishment.
I’m editing my review from 5 years ago. This place has made some massive improvements. Sadly, there’s not too many 24/hr places to eat in Denver. Viva burrito is my go to spot if I’m hungry after 1am and want something quick.
Not the very best but it really has come through several times in the middle of the night. I even go there during the day also, so they are definitely above average. I must say i do feel as though the tacos have gotten smaller in the past few months.
Great burritos. Can be a wait. They do make everything fresh. Worth the wait.
Food was loaded with chicken… that’s a win in my book. Real chicken breakfast. Not styrofoam chicken or subway chicken or McDonald’s chicken. Real chicken. Simple chicken cheese rice burrito, good and convenient.
Eat here all the time, love this place. The chicken tacos are flame
Delicious!!! My favorite Mexican food in Colorado - 24 hour service is a welcome bonus. Older building, but always clean and welcoming (drive thru & inside). The staff is polite, friendly, & fast. They take the 30 seconds needed to make sure the order is accurate. I haven't once had an incorrect order or missing food. Don't think I could say that about any other drive-thrus.
***The steak or chicken quesadillas, tamales, breakfast burritos, and churros are amazing.***
Tamales are offered hot or cold in a 6 or 12 pack. I usually get cold tamales, that's the way to go if you plan on reheating them to enjoy later. The hot tamales don't reheat quite as well.
---Cons: They charge something like 50-75cents for each sour cream or extra torilla (no charge for salsa). The soda tastes disgusting. I'm not sure if it's really cheap off brand soda or if the soda fountain nozzles need a deep cleaning. Overall, it's definitely worth the $. But make sure to bring your own drink.
The food is so good here and staff was so nice! Will most def be back! I got the chicken burrito!
