This place is so authentic you'd think your Italy. An amazing wine list, great decor and impeccable food..this place does not disappoint. Put this place on your short list of go to restaurants.

The staff was first rate...very friendly and knowledgeable about food and drinks. The menu has so many choices that we all had different items and shared around the table. The bass was perfect as were the short ribs and steak! The octopus and kale and beet salad are a must! Can’t wait to go back!
I went to dinner at Bar Dough with a good friend I hadn’t seen in a while. The crudo was pretty small, but the pasta was delicious: we got the tagliatelle and sorprese. The vibe was intimate and on the darker side, and would be a great date spot. Lastly, our server was amazing. He was super kind and helpful, as well as attentive.
Bar Dough delivers a cool, upscale bistro experience without the $30 and $40 entree prices. The place was packed, but with a reservation, they seated us quickly at a booth instead of the high top we had to reserve—thank you! Drinks are unique and complex: Midnight in Milan is an Italian Manhattan served up, rye and a specialized amaro instead of vermouth. The arancini balls were perfect, and as good as Spuntino’s. Ryan the server explained the difference between the Bucatini (closer to a traditional spaghetti dish) and the Tagliatelle, which I am glad I chose: fresh, wide noodles with rich pork bolognese, and surprising crunchy puffs on the top. My son got the wood fire baked Diavolo pizza, which he thought was as good as Cart and Driver’s, which has been a go-to.
Bar Dough gives such a great experience that you feel grateful to live nearby such a spot-on place!
Upscale casual spot with amazing fresh pasta and pizza, as well as a well curated bar menu. They have delicious meat dishes too. The menu changes every few weeks, depending on what's available and delicious. They have a small patio out front and a lively dining room inside. Reservations recommended! I would take my friends or a date without hesitation!
We had so amazing meals in Denver but dinner at Bar Dough was our favorite. The pizza was delicious - the sauce is really special and unique. Great atmosphere and very attentive and friendly service.
This place is impeccable. They have amazing service and a beautiful atmosphere. Their martini 10/10. They have a great wine selection and fabulous bar.
We really enjoyed this place. The bartender was outstanding. I wish I had remembered her name. She kept our drinks full and had pleasant conversations with her.
The food was good. I ordered the chicken and was a little taken back when it came out with just 3 pieces of chicken.no pasta, vegetables,or potatoes, just the chicken. It was amazing chicken, though. My husband got the pork chop, and it was amazing. I highly recommend this place.
Went here for a Ladies Brunch. The patio area is large and the food/cocktails were delicious.
We had the Breakfast pizza, biscuits and gravy, the herb biscuits, the Calabrian Honey Bacon, the Pasta Carbonara. Everything was delicious but the biscuits were the best! They came a part in layers.
Our server Zach was great!
There is street parking and a parking garage across the street.
The place was hoping, busy on Friday evening. We had reservations and our table was ready at the proper time. We ordered the meat balls and garlic bread, which were AMAZING! Then he went for the Mela pizza, and oh man was it good. My wife likes a good sweet wine, however they didn't have anything that fit her taste like a Moscato. Other than that, I think it was a home run on there part. And Sean maid sure we knew what we were doing. Good Job guys, we will be back!
We had a great time at Bar Dough! Our server, Anthony T. went above and beyond to make sure I had a great birthday dinner. Great atmosphere and drinks! Can't wait to go back.
Awesome restaurant. My wife and I sat at the bar. The service was top notch the entire time. For drinks we ordered beer & a espresso martini. After cocktails the bartender made us a refreshing sparkling water with orange & lime. It was perfect! For appetizers we shared a caesar salad with a side of garlic bread. Both were so delicious! I have no idea how they make the garlic bread with such bold flavors, it was awesome! Add a side of red sauce for dipping, thank us later. For entrees we ordered the Diavolo pizza and Cacio pasta. Both were incredible. The food and environment are worth the price and the wait. We recommend reservations or the bar area which is first come first serve.
