They allowed me to go through the drive-thru on my 🚲 (since I don't drive) Also the lady that took my 💰 Hilda was very polite and allowed me to trade 5 $1 dollar bills in exchange for a $5 so I didn't have multiple 1s.
Also when I got my food the lady who gave it 2 me(didn't get her name) but she sealed my 🛍️ so I could hook it on my bike& ride safely (food&drink.) Lastly I spoke to Francisca (who I'm assuming was the manager on duty) and asked how do I leave a good compliment review for that team she told me and told me that if I came back I would be allowed to go through the drive-thru which I thought was very considerate and courteous.
Considering I'd just worked almost a 11hr shift last night& just wanted some quick food I'm very thankful they allowed me to do this cause I've been refused before since I don't have a 🚗. As a customer service person myself I believe in giving credit where credit is due and acknowledging AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE and in this case that McDonald's definitely showed me that last night. Five ⭐ ✨ 100%

This McDonald's location was the okay. The bathrooms were locked, so we had to get the staff to unlock restrooms to use them. The food was what you expect from a McDonald's, overall it was a decent experience.

I odered the Egg McMuffin breakfast number one. According to my receipt, the drive through at restaurant #13099 is located in SoBo (South Broadway) of Denver. Note, when ordering an orange juice, a drink upcharge will apply. I got a smile at the first window and a bag of hot food at the second window. A plus for getting a straw too. Nothing changes when nothing changes. Things stay great.

The people that work here work very hard, are very kind and good at their job. I make big orders and they always do their best to fulfill them in a timely manner and are great at communicating about the order. It’s clear they deal with a lot at this location and handle things gracefully. I’ve seen 2 managers there at different times, a woman and a man, and they are very competent from my experiences. Thank you for all your hard work!

Really gotta give props to the staff at this location. They were super kind to our grandkids and so patient and attentive. We accidentally ordered the wrong drink, and they swapped them out without a hassle. It's also very clean. Thank you!

This is the best McDonald’s experience in Denver - change my mind.
Maybe obviously, this score is relative to other McDonald’s and not all food in general.
I just think these guys deserve it, the food is ALWAYS hot and freshly made from the 6 individual times I’ve passed through. It is always pretty quick in and out of this spot as well. That consistency is pretty unprecedented in my experience with McDonalds, and imo, this is peak McDonalds experience.
Kudos to the management and team for operating a McDonalds like it should be run. Always super happy to stop by for a quick bite!

Service is mediocre one manager that works at McDonald's on Alameda and Broadway in Denver Colorado is a Violent person. I watched him verbally say violent things to a Elderly Customer. I know what I Saw. I'm in a wheelchair and I wet my pants, That Carlos should be fired, I see he's still there, So I will stop patronizing that McDonald's. Other than Carlos, Everybody gives good food, And good Service, And all the other Managers, are Great. Especially Mr. Neil..Thank you for Listening..GR

This is a very well run McDonald's location.
Food is consistently good.
For the most part, employees are friendly and helpful.
When I have had issues at this store, the senior store manager is extremely competent and effective at customer service problem resolutions.
The only frustrating thing is the large number of seemingly homeless people who hang out here - especially if it is raining outside.
I appreciate that management is friendly to people who are disadvantaged.
However, sometimes, there are some dicey things (drug use) going on with a very small minority of these individuals.
I don't feel safe when this type of thing is going on in public spaces.
These individuals think they are being discreet, but it is obvious what they are doing.
My solution is to use the drive thru and I rarely frequent the lobby.

Came in at around 3:30am for a post-rave snack and I was blown away. Lady on the speaker was polite, my food came out quick and all fresh. Exceptional.

What can I say? Food was as I ordered and average for McDonald's quality. No complaints but it's nothing to write home about either, especially when I got such a simple order (large Powerade, McChicken w/ no lettuce, small fries). But everything was as I ordered, it was fast, it was cooked correctly and tasted good.

Somehow it's ok to allow verbal abuse from a customer against one of your employees, give the customer a free meal for being despicable, then firing your employee afterwards? Glad I don't live in Denver. I'll be sure to tell my Denver friends to boycott your location.

These guys regularly mess up my order. I live across the street and love McD's breakfast, but they literally give me the wrong order every time I go in. Who the heck would order an egg mcmuffin with no ham? Not me! I just ordered my usual plain old egg mcmuffin meal, nothing special. And you forget the ham? Do I look like a vegetarian to you?? Well I'm not. And last time I really did want the hashbrowns with the meal cause why else would I go to McDonald's after a night out with friends? Hashbrowns. That's why. Get it together peeps. It's not like y'all are insanely swamped at midnight.

As usual, terrible late night service at this 24hr location. Big Mac only had one beef patty and just stuffed w/ lettuce. My order was also incomplete and it took well over 15 min at the drive thru. Yeah, ... I'm not lovin' it.
