Mcdonald's

They allowed me to go through the drive-thru on my 🚲 (since I don't drive) Also the lady that took my 💰 Hilda was very polite and allowed me to trade 5 $1 dollar bills in exchange for a $5 so I didn't have multiple 1s. Also when I got my food the lady who gave it 2 me(didn't get her name) but she sealed my 🛍️ so I could hook it on my bike& ride safely (food&drink.) Lastly I spoke to Francisca (who I'm assuming was the manager on duty) and asked how do I leave a good compliment review for that team she told me and told me that if I came back I would be allowed to go through the drive-thru which I thought was very considerate and courteous. Considering I'd just worked almost a 11hr shift last night& just wanted some quick food I'm very thankful they allowed me to do this cause I've been refused before since I don't have a 🚗. As a customer service person myself I believe in giving credit where credit is due and acknowledging AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE and in this case that McDonald's definitely showed me that last night. Five ⭐ ✨ 100%

I odered the Egg McMuffin breakfast number one. According to my receipt, the drive through at restaurant #13099 is located in SoBo (South Broadway) of Denver. Note, when ordering an orange juice, a drink upcharge will apply. I got a smile at the first window and a bag of hot food at the second window. A plus for getting a straw too. Nothing changes when nothing changes. Things stay great.

Service is mediocre one manager that works at McDonald's on Alameda and Broadway in Denver Colorado is a Violent person. I watched him verbally say violent things to a Elderly Customer. I know what I Saw. I'm in a wheelchair and I wet my pants, That Carlos should be fired, I see he's still there, So I will stop patronizing that McDonald's. Other than Carlos, Everybody gives good food, And good Service, And all the other Managers, are Great. Especially Mr. Neil..Thank you for Listening..GR

The people that work here work very hard, are very kind and good at their job. I make big orders and they always do their best to fulfill them in a timely manner and are great at communicating about the order. It’s clear they deal with a lot at this location and handle things gracefully. I’ve seen 2 managers there at different times, a woman and a man, and they are very competent from my experiences. Thank you for all your hard work!

This is a very well run McDonald's location. Food is consistently good. For the most part, employees are friendly and helpful. When I have had issues at this store, the senior store manager is extremely competent and effective at customer service problem resolutions. The only frustrating thing is the large number of seemingly homeless people who hang out here - especially if it is raining outside. I appreciate that management is friendly to people who are disadvantaged. However, sometimes, there are some dicey things (drug use) going on with a very small minority of these individuals. I don't feel safe when this type of thing is going on in public spaces. These individuals think they are being discreet, but it is obvious what they are doing. My solution is to use the drive thru and I rarely frequent the lobby.

What can I say? Food was as I ordered and average for McDonald's quality. No complaints but it's nothing to write home about either, especially when I got such a simple order (large Powerade, McChicken w/ no lettuce, small fries). But everything was as I ordered, it was fast, it was cooked correctly and tasted good.

This is the best McDonald’s experience in Denver - change my mind. Maybe obviously, this score is relative to other McDonald’s and not all food in general. I just think these guys deserve it, the food is ALWAYS hot and freshly made from the 6 individual times I’ve passed through. It is always pretty quick in and out of this spot as well. That consistency is pretty unprecedented in my experience with McDonalds, and imo, this is peak McDonalds experience. Kudos to the management and team for operating a McDonalds like it should be run. Always super happy to stop by for a quick bite!
