There was a line at sushi katsu so we tried Sumo Sushi. We were not disappointed. Will def return.

We tried Sumo Sushi after having several poor experiences at Sushi Katsu. Sumo Sushi blew us out of the water! The sushi was fantastic with some of the best salmon I have had in all of Denver. Their spicy tuna roll was actually spicy! It seems silly but it has been so long since I can say that about spicy tuna rolls. The service was quick and polite. They have tons of Japanese beers to try and it is cheaper than Katsu. We will definitely be coming back!
