When reading these reviews I am stunned. I came here to say the exact opposite. Last Wednesday we were in town for my wedding and my 65 year old mother had a heat stroke coupled with severe food poisoning (unrelated to 7-11) and almost passed away at this location and the staff immediately dropped everything and came to my mother's aid in every way they could. They all helped save my mother's life. The store manager was so kind and level headed in the chaos. I only wish I had got their names because that whole staff should be commended. If your reading this and you were apart of helping us that day (wed. April 20th 2022) thank you so much my mother is doing fine now and we are forever grateful!

I visit this store every weekend on my way to the hospital for my shifts. I buy my milk, orange juice, and coffee. It is so easy to get in, grab what I need and check out. The coffee station has been improved and offers so many other flavors. I love my coffee and I can create my own blend. From sweet to dark! I never looked at 7-11 as a place that would meet my immediate needs. I can create the flavors I want unlike Starbucks where it is an item on a menu. My brother has worked for 7-11 for 20+ years, he has provided many hours of great customer service and is loved by his customers. I am bitter towards 7-11 corporate for NOT recognizing him after 20 years! I have to be fair and give feedback on my experience at this 7-11. If ya are in the neighborhood of 38th and Wadsworth, give a thumbs up to 7-11's most dedicated employee! 😉
