This is called Highline lounge now. Cyndi was an exceptional bartender and a friendly face to welcome me to the neighborhood. A great no frills dive bar that offers pool, draft beer, and good company. I will be back again next time I'm in town.

This is a great little dive bar. Small place, but lots of fun. The people are great, as are the bar tenders. They are extremely friendly and great at what they do. The sometimes have afternoon bingo on Saturdays. If you're in the area, try it out.
My absolute favorite dive bar in the area. Great group of regulars, great staff, and good heavy pouring on the cocktails. Laura is the absolute best bartender. Pre-covid, they regularly did bingo on Saturdays too. Restrooms need a lot of work. But hey, it's still a dive bar.
Why do my favorite bars all have carpeting that looks like it was installed (and NOT cleaned) since 1946? No matter. I can only give this place 3.5 stars because I wish they would serve something simple and cool to eat, though they have hot dogs on game days complimentary who doesn't love a hot dog . But what about a food truck outside once or twice a week a or some cool simple thing they can prepare that does
Tending to an older crowd, youngest generally above 30, Mugsy's is a part of a vanishing breed of honest, generous, Neighborhood Bars. Don't go here if you don't want to be neighborly.
