Shelly is the best!! I haven't been here in awhile, came in today and was greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. The lunch rush was busy (as expected) and my order took a little longer than usual. Shelly apologized for the extra time and offered complimentary beverages while waiting. The food may take awhile but the customer service is always spot on.

Went in once and had the slightest of disappointing experiences, the manager noticed my disappointment however and would not let me leave without making it better I told him it's okay because I still ate the food it wasn't a big deal. (But he made me promise to come back and he promised it would be better)The next time I was in there was 3 or 4 months later and the manager still remembered me as soon as I walked through the door. The food and everything was perfect from then on and he also comped my meal for that day. Best customer care I've almost ever experienced THANK YOU

Had some really great service today. Went in to order a meal to-go. Needed to wait out in my car because it’s so hot out and I have my dog with me. The woman (Alyssa) taking my order then had me point out my car and offered to bring my food out to me when it was ready. Have always had good experiences at this location, but this really went above and beyond, and it’s appreciated!! (Especially by Dixie dog 🐶)

What great service- I called to place an order and the employee who took the order was delightful.. she kept it simple, which was perfect because I wasn't feeling all that well and didn't want to go in circles with anybody-and as she read to me the sides I could choose from and I replied asking her what I should get- she had an answer for me - confidently in her undertone assuring me that I made the right choice by asking her-- and she finalized the order. I was working a shift at a nearby business and when I told her I could probably run in real quick in like 5 minutes she insisted on me staying put... she would take it over to me.... and within 5-7 minutes there she was... smiling and assuring me that she hopes I enjoy my meal.. WOW.. I already started to feel better.. and the food was delicious.... Service industry attracts those who genuinely like to be of service or please others. Being given direction from other co workers and taking orders from customers all day doesn't assure that anyone is pleased. I would love to call her out by name ... I would love to say what I ordered and what she recommended .. but I'm going to save that for myself... maybe I'll start trusting others to have an opportunity to be more pleasing, and allow them to shine at what their ultimately attempting to be good at... An "I told ya so" from me would've been a complaint based off an ORDER i felt was done incorrectly. An " I told ya so" from her was in the form of a confident smile, knowing that I'll be pleased with what we decided on... As not feeling good is never on my agenda, I will say that being more pleased with my experiences now is.. and perhaps as a consumer that needs to start with me more often.. ;) thank you!!!!
