Cool dive bar on Colorado blvd in Commerce City with some huge, cheesy, fried tacos. If you're a fan of the burgers at the Skirted Heifer; you'll love the fried tacos at this place. They use so much Colby cheese it literally oozes out and caramelized at the corners of the taco. My fave was the steak taco. They also serve burritos, enchiladas, tostadas and breakfast all day.

Driven past El Toro dozens of times, almost w/o noticing. A friend suggested we go there -
all the way from Wheat Ridge. Glad we did. Food is terrific. I'll be back.

The food is horrible but the atmosphere and the waitresses and waiters are what makes me keep coming back to this hole in the wall! Love this place! ❤️

My family and I have been coming to El Toro for years. My favorite are the deep fried tacos. The service is always quick and timely and the servers are friendly. I highly recommend this quant, hole in the wall bar/ restaurant.

Love the steak beef tacos deep-fried and with a slice of avocado. Love the signature salsa, which is hot tasting. Tried a glass of red beer, which was surprisingly good. Friendly staff, large tv screens to view sports, and a bar in the establishment.
