Nice BIG Chipotle right by the Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Decided to stop here to get a food break from a 30 minute walk. It was great! The staff were friendly, plenty of seating, clean, and delicious food and GREAT portions! The Chicken Burrito Bowl I got with a side of guac (costs money) was delicious. Also has a good selection of drinks to have.
Street parking available as well. So, to sum it up, great Chipotle location. Will be back!

A nice “local” (now massively corporate) and affordable option in this high-end area. The burrito-ista was very attentive and the manager seemed on top of things. Food was up to the Chipotle standard of freshness, quality and flavorful ingredients. The new chicken al pastor was done just right, not too salty as have had at other locations.
My husband and I ate dinner here at the Steele St location and the young man Paul was so nice and considerate!! Thank you for your excellent service.
This is a certified training location meaning managers and other higher ups are trained here. They keep very high standards and corporate are the dictators of all.

As far as Chipotles go this one is pretty good. A lot of the negative reviews are fairly old, I think they've improved because I've never had trouble here. Fresh FRESH ingredients, good timing on take out or dine in orders, and the service is reasonable.
Tried sending in my order through the website and the website wouldn’t confirm my order. A big group order. Came to the location to see if they got the order multiple times since no one can talk to the location directly over the phone. They never got my order. So I went back to the office, copied down my order and brought it in. The team saw I was a little flustered but understood that my frustration was with the website. Not them. And they took care of me immediately. Thank you guys for helping out and once again, apologies for showing any annoyance towards you guys when I first walked it. Hopefully the chipotle website can figure it out.
Tasted like Chipotle, which is good. I do recall a time when you received twice the amount of rice and beans, but this is at all Chipotle's, nonetheless I enjoyed it as usual

I love this Chipotle because I know the customer service will be absolutely horrible every time I go. The employees have a certain teen angst that ruminates in the establishment; it makes me feel so young. Today they forgot to make my order ahead of time, and when the cashier asked their colleague to make it, she was completely ignored for maybe 20 seconds before agreeing to do it--right in front of me! It reminded me of the petty drama that made my terrible first jobs so memorable. I hope these kids keep it consistent because I need this chaotic energy in my life. 5 stars.
