Review Pho Le - Denver

Now Pho is the best spot in the area for pho or otherwise. We had a lovely and filling lunch here recently. Their menu has lots of variety. We started with the Jalapeño buttered chicken wings which had great flavor. We also had to try their signature sampler as it has all my fav appetizers. Crab Rangoons were creamy, shrimp tempura was crispy and cooked well. The star of this platter was the egg rolls though. The tray comes with all the things to wrap them up in lettuce and enjoy fully. It's served with three different dipping sauces which all pair well. For my meal I wanted something spicy and our server recommended the spicy beef soup with egg noodles. The big pieces of beef and tendon were so good. I needed some more heat and this was easily remedied by asking for some chili oil and added spice! This made it perfect. We also enjoyed the combo fried rice which includes pork, chicken, and shrimp. This dish was huge and easily made for leftovers the next day. The pork has amazing seasoning and flavor. The chicken was very tender. I also very much enjoyed my iced Vietnamese coffee. We will definitely be back, as there are a lot of dishes I would like to try. The restaurant has its own parking and is very clean and nice inside. Highly recommend.

The best pho broth I’ve ever had! It can very easily be flavorless but this was delicious. I would get the rare beef only next time but still very yummy! The stone pot is great to keep everything hot! The crab and cheese wonton were delicious and their egg rolls were sturdy and flavorful, the perfect crunch. Korean short ribs are a MUST! Along with their brown sugar boba! The restaurant was very clean and bright. The staff was so helpful and attentive! Highly recommend Now Pho!

I had a fantastic experience at this Now Phở! As soon as I walked in, one of the servers greeted me and promptly seated me. The place's interior had a modern/style to it and offered various seating options. To start, I ordered the grilled shrimp and Kobe beef spring rolls, jalapeno buttered chicken wings, and the brown sugar oolong milk tea with boba. The grilled shrimp and Kobe beef spring rolls were delightful, especially when paired with the peanut sauce. I have yet to see any grilled shrimp and Kobe beef spring rolls at other pho restaurants, and it was nice to see this combo on their menu! My personal favorite was the jalapeno buttered chicken wings, which were incredibly crispy and had just the right balance of jalapeno and butter – a perfect combination. The brown sugar oolong milk tea with boba offered a sweet and aromatic delight. The boba itself was chewy and soft, making it a must-try. For my main dish, I tried the bun bo hue with oxtail, a rarity at other pho places. I love oxtail, which was so delicious in the bun bo hue. The dish had a subtle spicy kick that I thoroughly enjoyed. The flavorful broth and generous meat portions, along with the delicious noodles, made this dish a standout choice. If you're looking for something other than pho, I recommend trying the bun bo hue with oxtail. The servers were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience. I'm also thrilled to note that this place is open until 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, making it an ideal destination for late-night pho cravings after a concert or any weekend outing. Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a visit. I truly enjoyed everything about it 🤤

If you are looking for delicious and authentic Vietnamese food this is the place to go! They have a large menu and everything is delicious and reasonably priced. Their pho broth is the best I’ve had and their wonton egg noodle is equally as tasty. You can order via giant touch screen, front cash, in your phone or with the waiter so it could not be easier to have your needs met. Their bubble tea is also top notch. Such friendly and attentive service too!

The restaurant is so cozy and clean. I ordered Bun Bo Cay (Spicy Beef Stew soup), and it was phenomenal. I could not find this delicious authentic Vietnamese dish anywhere else in Colorado. The servers came and checked on me 2 or 3 times. Great customer service!!! I will definitely be back to try out other signature dishes.

Came by for lunch and really enjoyed my meal. I had pho earlier in the week so thought a rice plate would be good. I ordered the chicken rice plate and a passion fruit boba tea. The staff was so friendly and very attentive. The restaurant itself was very cozy and not too full for lunch but they had a good amount of dine in and take out customers while I was there. My food came out relatively quickly and was delicous! They have a great fish sauce and the pickled carrots and radish were a great addition to the savory chicken. With the rice dish they served a small bowl of the pho broth. It was incredible and made me wish I had gotten the pho! Highly recommend this place!

I just went to Now Pho and omg, I am hooked! It’s a decent sized restaurant with some booths and some regular tables. It’s bright and they have really friendly service! We started with the Classic Combo - spring rolls, dumplings, and pork skewers. So flavorful and well made dipping sauces to go with. The jalapeño butter chicken wings were juicy, flavorful, and definitely a must try. The pork chop combo rice plate hit the spot! Alongside it was a fried egg, egg cake, and pork skin. Next up was the Bun bo Hue. I was most excited about this, because you don’t see it very often in Colorado! They have three versions, and I had the deluxe. It came with oxtails, tendon, beef, blood cube, and a tasty broth! If that’s too adventurous for you, they do have two other versions to try. Wonton Egg Noodles we’re so good! Served with a broth on the side, we loved dipping it! Drinks are a must here, and we had the honey lemon tea, fresher squeezed oj, and a sugarcane juice. Swoon. Before I forget, we did try the pho broth. Hands down one of the best pho broths that I’ve tried. I’m still thinking about that as well! Now Pho also offers late night eats on Fridays & Saturdays!! So you can grab some yummy food at midnight too! Whether it’s dining out or dining in, it’s been @platedforkim!

BEST PHO ever!! The broth is incredible. Even if you don't happen to be a soup fan, there’s tons of delicious Vietnamese cuisine options on the menu. 10/10 everything— appetizers (the honey sesame chicken wings are the best wings my husband and I have ever tried— period), pho, bahn mi, and shaking beef. The taro boba and traditional Vietnamese coffee were both delicious, beyond delicious for anyone’s sweet tooth. Toan and the entire staff are super friendly! This will be my go-to Vietnamese and pho restaurant moving forward!! I wish I’d known about this place years ago.

Service alone - they deserve a 10/10. We met the boss of the restaurant and he gave us recommendations on the items on what to order and what they're specialized in and the staff tried their best to answer questions or translate/describe items in the menu for those who may not be familiar with Vietnamese food and names. I ordered the Mì Quảng and it was very tasty. The broth at the bottom was thick and very tasty. It paired well with the egg noddles and the rice paper cracker was delicious to eat with the pork belly(?) and eggs. The sugar cane kumquat juice was very refreshing. Not pictured but the span and egg bánh mì was delicious. It might have been my favorite thing that I had on the menu. Even if you don't like spam, I suggest you give it a try. They did just reopen so there may be items that they serve that's not on the menu. So just ask about it if some photo on Yelp sparks you.

My culinary journey into all that Vietnamese cuisine offers continued at this brightly painted place on Federal Blvd (so you also know: it's legit). The menu entails a wide range of classic offerings as well as some dishes that live in the hearts of Vietnamese people. Case in point: • 🍜 Phnom Penh Noodle Soup~secret menu item 🥣 Vermicelli Noodle Bowl 🦀 Crab Cheese Wontons 🧋 Sugar Cane Juice A truly delightful spot, the staff welcomes you in and attends to your every need. And as I sat enjoying my meal, this seems to be the place Vietnamese people go for Vietnamese food, which is always a ringing endorsement in my book.

This Vietnamese restaurant was shut down, so we thought it was due to COVID, but we were pleasantly surprised to read about their grand reopening a few weeks ago. From what I recalled my first time there and my recent visit, the renovation is definitely 100% better: cleaner, brighter, and welcoming. This place hosted my group of 24 people. From the waitstaff to manager, they were accommodating to everyone’s needs. Food came out pretty quick too. Diners got theirs food within 15 minutes from ordering, which is a great turnaround time for this large group. Now, the review on their food. I ordered bột chiên, a Vietnamese fried egg dish. Some people refer this as a fried rice cake dish. It has some pork fat pieces, potatoes, scallions and other items. Serves with pickled carrots & radish, shredded papaya, and some greens. A brown sauce accommodates this dish. This is my favorite food item here, ordered 2 out of 3 visits. Another dish is mì Quang (Quang Yellow Flat Noodle Soup). Just my table alone, 4 out of 9 people ordered this dish. They gave 8 to 9 on the scale from 1 to 10. That tells you how good this dish was. One person said it was prepared perfectly. Not salty at all. Another person said it was tasty. Looks like I need to give this dish a try. I also tried two of their bánh mì: spam & egg and the charsiu pork. I highly recommend the spam & egg! It was very tasty and my tastebuds were dancing! I shared this sandwich with folks sitting at my table, and they all had the pleasantly surprised look on their face too after taking a bite from it. This will be a new food item for me. I also had bánh cuốn (spring rolls). A typical food item offers in Vietnamese stores, bakeries, and restaurants. Still, they were good as always. This restaurant also offers boba drinks. Not on the menu yet is the sugarcane drink. At first, it tasted strange, but once someone said it contains an additional fruit, it made sense to the brain and tastebuds. Delicious! The dining experience here was excellent. I plan to come back with friends and try a couple more items. 5 out of 5 stars! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Just tried Now Pho and got the brisket and ox tail pho, the shrimp & beef spring rolls, my husband got the spicy beef stew with egg noodles, and we got a taro slush with boba and a strawberry lychee green tea drink. First off, it had a modern and clean feeling atmosphere, we were greeted right away and allowed to sit at any table. The menus didn't have an overwhelming amount of items which was nice and they only had one size of pho, which I was fine with and learned that it was a medium. I usually get just brisket, but tried the ox tail brisket at the suggestion from the manager and my husband tried the spicy beef noodle soup that was on the "secret menu". The items came out fairly quickly along with our drinks. I love eating spring rolls at pho restaurants, but personally I hate cucumbers and spicy peanut sauce, so this place was great bc they didn't have a spicy peanut sauce or cucumber in their spring rolls. The broth was light and not super heavy and the amount of meat was great. I couldn't finish, but took it home because it was really good, so I'm looking forward to trying it again tomorrow. My husband really liked the spicy beef noodle soup and thought the broth was well balanced with the type of noodles it came with. We learned that the taro drink was made with not just powder, but real taro and a little taro syrup. It wasn't powder tasting and we got it less sweet so it wasn't too sweet with the boba. The boba was nice and chewy and soft, even in the evening. Will definitely come back, as the staff was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious!

Met a large group at Now Pho and had an enjoyable time. Newly remodeled, clean, with great service. I tried four different pho, beef spring rolls, crispy beef eggrolls, and had bites of other dishes; don't recall their names but they were delicious. They have a big drink menu with flavored milk and yogurt teas, slushies, boba, etc.

A great place for Pho amongst other things! I really like that they are open late! Ask about the secret menu.

I had such a fantastic experience. The outdoor seating reminded me of my visit in Vietnam. The staff here was super patient, kind and friendly. My order was the Miến gà (Vietnamese chicken and glass noodle) such a comfort dish and it hit the spot for sure!

just had the most amazing Bánh Mì and Hủ Tiếu at Now Pho in Denver! The flavors were exquisite, and the dish was beautifully presented. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy it again!

Really good pho with very tasty broth. I enjoy the vermicelli combo even better. Get the spring rolls with shrimp and grilled pork. The chicken wings are delicious..( I've gotten a order to go while I was dining in)...make sure they fry them well done/.extra crispy. I've been here 3 times and the service from the staff and the manager is excellent.
