This bakery is absolutely amazing – hands down, some of the best pastries in the world! I’m not big on sweets or much of a pastry enthusiast, but this place is heavenly! Tried pavlova, nata & almond croissant. Excellent coffee & outstanding service overall

Wow, fantastic croissants! Lightly crispy layered buttery heaven. Comparable to what you'd get in Europe. Tried the chocolate one too which was also heavenly. The banana bread is really nice as well it's moist, not too sweet, and subtle in flavor. I personally prefer a bit more of banana flavor to come through but it's good enough that I don't mind. Show up earlier than 11ish cause they will be sold out of most stuff by then :)

I stopped in to the bakery back in September on my way to the art museum and I was blown away. What a cool group doing excellent baking! I seriously doubt that has ever been a flakier croissant made on the planet. This thing is a masterpiece and that’s coming from someone who visits a lot of bakeries. The highlight was trying the unusual pastry, golfeado. Thanks for sharing your passion for a fine pastry and great baking!

One of the best pastries I've ever had! On a Sunday morning, my wife and I waited in line for golfeados and a slice of Santiago cake. The line is long and moves slowly, but eventually we were enjoying our pastries. The golfeado is like a honey bun with perfect texture. The lemon Santiago cake was divine with great texture too. I don't even like lemon, but this cake was amazing. One thing to note is that it took awhile to get your food. We watched one of the workers collect our items and then got distracted and walked away doing other things. We asked her about it and she said that the box is ready, but didn't give it to us until we asked another employee.

One of the best chocolate croissants I’ve ever had. Service is a little slow considering everything is made and they just have to grab and box it up. Would go back! Get coffee beforehand!

If you are in RiNo or near RiNo, or anywhere in the Denver Metro area you must go here! Croissants so flaky and airy and delicious it's like heaven! Baked fresh throughout the entire day, so no matter what time you go it's guaranteed your pastry was baked in the past 3 hours. The owner is amazing. Love this place! Would give 10 stars if that was an option!

My favorite neighborhood bakery. It’s a must try if you are in the RiNo area. The staff is amazing and the baked goods are delicious. It’s located in the market hall at the Source hotel

Stopped in for a late-afternoon coffee and pastry after a long flight and reservation at the Source hotel. Had a piece of Santiago's almond flour cake and a nata pastry. I had the opportunity to visit Lisbon Portugal last year and the flavors were on point with the original. 👍 Recommended.

Walk, jog, skip, run or do whatever it takes to check out this bakery! My brother in law RAVED about this place well before they took me here on my recent visit to Denver and I was in drool worthy territory. I had the lox and cheese croissant while waiting for the other items to be ready and my belly was so happy. I also had the churro croissant which was to die for as well as the Nata! I’m already dreaming about my next visit to Denver so I can be in flaky goodness!

So impressive. The golfeado was dense but airy, with a great great taste. The croissant was perfect, absolutely perfect. Like want-to-eat-12 perfect. I also like that the portion size means you can eat one or two and be nicely full. I want to go back to try their loaves of bread, but wow those golfeados and butter croissants are legendary.
