Very solid lobster roll. The bread was thick and buttery but not too dense. Caked to the cheeks is flavor. I will say the lobster was good but I have had better quality lobster.
A hidden gem most definitely! Amazing flavor plenty of lobster to fill every bite of that yummy roll. The bread is to die for. Will come every time I’m in town! Can’t beat it for $26. Had one at Steuben’s for $30+ and can’t compare size wise
Response to owner: So sorry to hear that people were taking the baking dishes! I totally understand the switch to the plastic bowls, thank you so much for the kind response.
.
We got the new England lobster roll, grilled cheese and Mac and cheese ! There was an abundance of lobster and we thought everything was delicious. The bread was huge! Soft and perfectly buttery and crisp. We will most deff come back again. Zeppelin station itself was very cool and can't wait to also try out all the other vendors! They all looked great!
Edit to add: We’ve returned several times and every time it seems the amount of lobster in the food is decreasing! It’s also a bummer they don’t do the baked Mac and cheese anymore, they give it to you in a plastic bowl now. Hoping for more consistency when we return
Lobster mac & cheese was so good - super creamy & a lot more lobster than I expected! The gentleman working the front counter was awesome - he was painfully bored with how generic this all was, he was hilarious & deadpan as could be (and I mean that genuinely). Zeppelin Station was fine, if you don't want to pay for parking in the garage, get there a little earlier & just park along side streets. The area is absolutely filthy but it's to be expected with the amount of construction, transient traffic, and just general redevelopment. We'll be back to try other vendors.
CONNECTICUT STYLE IS THE WAY TO GO! if you can’t go to maine, go to ROCK N LOBSTER ROLL. pretty hefty portions, too! located in a fun and cool little food hall!
We were super excited to see an authentic lobster roll place in Denver!
New England col Lobster roll was super yummy. Perfect balance of meat and bread. It was the star of the meal for sure. Just enough lobster flavor without any funk.
Mac and cheese was out second fav. Again great balance of cheese/noodles/lobster. Needed seasoning, was almost too mild and chill of flavor. Portion was also perfect to share with the roll or on its own.
Grilled cheese was good, but the reason it's a 4 star and not 5 star review. The utter gargantuan size made it a challenge to actually eat. Bites weren't as balanced on this one. Sometimes too much bread or too much cheese, and missing seasoning. But the funky cheese brought out the funk in the lobster in the best way possible. SUPER buttery and yummy, just missing seasoning.
All and all glad we came and excited to come back.
Best lobster roll in Denver hands down! The New England is my favorite and the bisque is banging! Huge fan of their whole menu
Did not eat at the truck but inside The Devil's Drink. Lobster roll was amazing. Really need to go to the truck to get the Mac n cheese.
Visited from Dallas and made sure we found this place! It was so worth it! The food was fresh and so delicious. Get the grilled cheese!
Best lobster roll I’ve had in denver hands down, location sucks though, maybe this will be up and coming in a few years but it’s very hole in the wall for counter service $40 sandwiches
