Starbucks

Today I had top-notch service from one of their outstanding employee with medium blonde hair and a black apron (he did not have a name on the apron). First and foremost, when taking my order he patiently answered my questions, offered recommendations, and ensured my order was tailored to my preferences. Not only did he take my order but my caramel frap crafted by this employee was perfect. It was evident that he took pride in his work, ensuring that each cup was a masterpiece of flavor and quality. The defining moment of excellence came when the barista asked a question to Carter to make sure he made a drink to the customers liking. For som reason Carter began yelling, clearly upset and said something along the lines of "I have had a rely bad day and that it was not his job to know there orders and how he did not want to be there. Instead of reacting defensively or becoming flustered, He remained composed and professional. He skillfully diffused the situation, showing remarkable poise under pressure.

Rye (I hope I spelled her name right) is the best at customer service. Every time I go to pick up my coffee (I preorder from my phone) I always love seeing her smiling bright face. Literally everyone at this location has helped me since I frequent this location a minimum of 5 times a week. I have always had great experiences and appreciate everyone who works there.

I love coming to this location on my break, the baristas are always so friendly and kind. The one with the bear tattoo, I think her name is Kassandra or Kassidey is just so sweet and always so funny I love spending an extra minute or two just chatting with her while grabbing drinks for the office, this location has become a highlight of my work day.

*update* EVERYTHING below, and also, Zero had a hell of a moment. Every bit of equipment seemed to malfunction in the middle of taking multiple orders between three drive thru and in store... Elijah was on point, never stopping moving and even offering breaks to those who needed them, and they both served me with the most incredible thoughtfulness. I unfortunately came unprepared, requiring recommendations and assistance. I will always be blown away by the team here. Thank you!! The staff at this Starbucks are always on point. They're always busy, never short tempered, always infinitely patient and knowledgeable. They do a great job at this location. Definitely my go to spot.
