Terrific Mexican food. There are so many Mexican restaurants along Colfax that it can be kind of daunting trying to pick one. Well your search is over, because this place serves great food for very reasonable prices. Everything we ordered was terrific.
$1 tacos with options. Many different options for their taco's on the weekends. Great for late night food on the weekends after the bars.

Delicious authentic flavor on small “2 bites” tortillas with decent portion of meat. A little pricey for size of taco compared to other places in the area, but flavor makes up for it. Decent customer service, place stays busy.
Been coming here on/off for about 15 years. Ordered 2 Tripe tacos and 2 orders of Taco Birria. Tripe was grilled perfectly and Birria was mostly moist and consommé was spot on.
Would come back but be forewarned this was expensive as these 2 plates of food was $17. Back when, they use to have $1 tacos.
So happy this place is less than 5 minutes away. You could tell by the menu style it would be great. Busy AF at 1AM but super fast.
Very friendly staff. Traditional Mexican dishes. Street Tacos mDe on grill outside of building. Dishes were tasty but wish they had hotter salsas. Everything was very mild.
Love this place! Don't let the outside fool you. Inside is very clean, staff is great, friendly and professional. The service is fast and I love their breakfast burritos with chorizo.
Carne asada was good, to go order could use more lettuce and tomatoes.
They have tasty breakfast burritos that are very large (I could only eat half so this is 2 meals for me). We ordered a ham and a bacon and they do not skimp on meat. It is a bit higher priced than other places but these are very large and full of meat (about 1/3 of the burrito which is way more that most places). They have an excellent condiments bar and I loved the green salsa and grilled onions. It was fresh, clean, and well stocked. An added bonus is that they have plates and baggies available for the veggies so you dont have to open your takeaway order or try to cram them into the salsa cups. They make the orders fresh so do expect to wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Overall, I was very happy with this meal and will go back to try their tacos and other items.
I have been to 3 different places. This was the best one yet. The food was delicious and I actually got full. I will definitely return.
Delicious and very reasonably priced tacos. Also really appreciate the salsa bar.
