Ate here on a Sunday afternoon. Pretty mellow. Not that busy. Staff was friendly but the meatloaf I had was AMAZING!! I only trust my mother's meatloaf but this one was exceptional... meatloaf wrapped in grilled bacon with mango barbecue sauce over mashed potatoes, French onions, and green beans . So good!! The frozen drinks were also perfect with my meal on a hot afternoon. Definitely on the list of places to come back to!

Chop Shop is a fast casual, order at the counter type of joint, but somewhere you can get Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf or 48 Braised Short Rib! Everything is made in house and wonderfully made. Most of the meats are Sous Ved, their onion soup is cooked over 72 hours, everything here is spectacular!
They have a range from entrees like I previously mentioned, to a range of salads and sandwiches like their Chicken Pastrami! One of my new favorite spots!
The best part of the Lowery Location is the Beef Stroganoff special! Get it here while you can!
I absolutely love this place! We stumbled upon it about 3 months ago and have eaten at this location and the Broadway location. Both locations offer fantastic customer experience and the food are incredible! The short ribs are my favorite! Great place to eat, you will not regret it!
The place is cute, nice vibe, and the menu is simple and short. The salmon was amazing, I will note the prices are a little high for the dining. It's not fine dining which is where their prices are at. However, the pie is fantastic. The wine is served in plastic cups, however, the service was good, and we would recommend a try to folks.

Great place. I had the Pork Carnitas Rice Noodle Bowl which was good and pictured in the review. My daughter had the Crispy Fried All Natural Chicken and that was INCREDIBLE! Next time I go I'm going to order that.
Awesome staff clean eating area and bathroom. food was amazing I had the short ribs and my brother had the Mediterranean. I would definitely recommend and they have there own soda.
I wish we had one in Washington. Food was amazing and they served drinks that were not of the major Pepsi/Cola brands. Biodegradable straws, cloth napkins, even the bathroom used cloth to dry your hands. A sustainable restaurant for our future that also happens to have incredible food!

The Colfax location is where my love started but parking at this location is almost too easy. This dish has my heart as a Nebraskan born & raised!! It's always awesome and I crave it.
