My favorite place in town to shop when I am making a gourmet meal. They have the freshest goods! I have never had anything bad and I’m a local chef. The meat is always such high quality, great selection of cheeses. It feels like if I could curate a store it would look very similar. Prices are high but you get what you pay for. I know when I go in to an artisan market I am paying the price. It’s good stuff. Also the pot pies are really something else if you need a quick dinner get a pot pie and salad ingredients, can’t beat it.

1st time at this fine market. Walked in everything clean and organized. So many unique items to choose from. Recommend to anyone who likes to cook with the best ingredients.

The quality of produce was impressive! And the staff was super helpful. Will definitely be going back! We picked up some good looking duck breasts, can't wait to cook them! This store is so clean!

Marczyk’s is awesome. Although they didn’t have what I needed, the store is clean, well stocked, and has nice and friendly service! Highly recommend :) .

This is my favorite store because they love good groceries more than I do! Anything you need to cook the best food possible is right here, and you wont find another brick & mortar grocery store that even comes close. Whole Foods just doesn't come near the attention to detail. I wager every single product in there is the best of its kind.

They have a good selection of artisan foods you typically can't find in regular stores. Great cuts of meat and great GF pasta. They also have delish pre-made foods and sandwiches to order.

NYC style upscale grocer. Not a huge selection but curated well. Attached wine and beer is convenient

Ok, listen up people. If you love dry aged beef, run, don’t walk to this place and get some! I am a fan of true, dry aged flavor and tonight I got it. I planned a dinner for my 14yr old daughter and I (yes, she loves dry aged steak) and I hit it out of the park. The ribeye was cut thick, and I thought it was too thick. But the butcher on Colfax said he used to only cut meat so I trusted the size. I’ve realized the dry aged steaks shrink up a bit more than the wet ones, so err on the thicker side. The cuts looked so good, I asked for two extra (to freeze for later) and he obliged but had to pull a new slab from the cooler. He said. “I need to trim these up a bit” just like the first ones. Here’s the amazing thing. He cut two more steaks and they came in at exactly the same weight…cut by hand! Skilled! They were amazing steaks. Sautéed some of the fresh mushrooms we picked up there and had one of the fresh baguettes. Heaven! Thank you!

In a place that sometimes feels like a vast corporate wasteland, Marczyks is much appreciated. Emphasis on local products and sustainability.

We shop here at least 2-3 times a week, and have done so since they opened up on Colfax. The employees are nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, and generally everything they carry is very high quality. I do have a pet peeve: the sliced breads, such as the “baked fresh daily” “pain au Levine” have been frozen, and are often times 2-4 days old if you go by the dates on the packaging. So much for “fresh bread” being sold at a relatively high price! We have stopped buying our bread here for this reason.
