My visit to this smash burger location off of 36th and Quebec st. was actually the best time since I've been eating here. The Cashiers Name was Jenna and she proved and showed that there really is a thing called GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The food was awesome, the atmosphere was second to none. I'll definitely be coming back very soon.

Every time when I go to smash burger 🍔 I choose a signature burger, which is so delicious, really double. It only costs me 10.70$. I pay 1 dollar tip for which costs 12$. It is really enough to get full.

Very nice atmosphere. Cashier was nice. Ordered the Turkey burger with smash tots. reminded me of a sonic burger (I like sonic). Pretty good for my first time eating there.

4:30 p.m.
The young lady with I don't know how many piercing nose and face and all that took and looked over me in line behind another lady with an order I had already placed by phone and I bought it to her attention cuz she took a person that was sitting down that jumped in front of me and got their order before asking me what did I need.
These kind of results for service is totally uncalled for this day and time just looking over a person that was sitting back waiting in the chair and I'm in line behind the very next person to be right there in her face. No matter whether he was looking over the menu he was not inline.
The cashier She was addressed by me and she was very snobby and not apologetic at all.
I am a customer service rep also, I do know that is not a correct way to do a customer
