I started with the shrimp & pork spring rolls, which were probably the best I’ve ever had. The Pho is delicious, but the bowls are on the small side. Other than that I would recommend trying Top Pho

Delicious pho broth. My husband and I love their marinated beef rice plate. Highly recommend the spring rolls as well.

*Update* we have since returned to top Pho first thing in the morning, very different experience. We were there 10 mins after opening and staff was unwelcoming. We were put in a corner and asked to order immediately. No music or tvs were on which was fine but the whole vibe was “why are you here?” Had to double check if their hours were right - they were. As for the pho…ordered the same thing, pho was bland and the noodles were grainy and sweet which clouded the broth. Sad to say they did not impress second time around. :(
Fresh hot Pho! They were fast and polite but the star here was the pho. Crystal clear broth with rich flavor, rare stake and brisket and fresh vegetables. Affordable and the best on east colfax.

Good pho fast service super busy but affordable. Flavorful broth and good customer service. Clean resturant love the grilled meats. I got the combination noodle bowl and wontons. About 25$ with tip!

It was Phở Nam -enal!
"T" (Thien) was the best! He helped my friend who had never had Phở make the perfect bowl for her diet. Will definitely return next time we are in town.
