This was so much more than I expected. This was new friends, fun recipes, cocktails, competition, celebrating, tasting, and learning. A great experience. They also send the recipes after your class.
The Chefs are always amazing, professional, and approachable. My favorite cooking class has been the Tamale work shop because of the work Chef Tamara and Chef Kelly put into the class straight up 10/10. I also enjoyed how the instructors were able to help accommodate my guest who has a disability from a stroke.Thank you!
We had so much fun at Stir. Kelly was a great host and teacher and the food was phenomenal! I LOVE that they had a gluten free night. Please do more of those! We can’t wait to come back.
Took the Oscars cocktails and appetizers class. It was absolutely brilliant. Everything tasted phenomenal. The environment was clean, everyone was helpful, and the food/drinks were worth it. This is a perfect date night or gift.
I brought a work group here and we had a wonderful time. There were many choices of dinner menus and other options, such as appetizers, signature cocktails, etc. Chef Kate showed us how to make the meal, gave us cooking tips and answered any questions that we had. It was the right mix of learning and just being social with our team. I hope we have the opportunity to go back some time in the future.
Stir hosted our firm for an "Iron Chef" themed competition. We had SO much fun and the Stir team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We'll definitely be back for another competition or cooking class.
I went a couple of weeks ago for the Crepes and Soufflé class. While I haven't attempted to remake the crepes yet, today I made soufflé using a different recipe due to the ingredients I had on hand. I used the skills I learned in class to make soufflé that tasted light and airy while bursting with flavor.
I think it's a true testament to a class when a student can apply the techniques outside of the class and get the desired results.
I can't wait to make more and come back for other items that intimidate me!
One of the best dates I’ve ever had with my wife. Everybody was so friendly and welcoming, and I learned quite a bit despite having a decent amount of cooking experience. All of the food turned out fantastic, and they have a solid drink + cocktail menu to order from while you’re cooking. Don’t pass up the opportunity to take a class here!
I used Stir Cooking School to host a bridal shower. It was absolutely wonderful! Sarah, the event coordinator, was very prompt in responding to my questions and was so helpful in planning the event. Chef Lisa was our chef for the event. She and her team were so awesome! They made it so much fun and the food was excellent. Thank you, Stir, for making this event so special!
The team here is fantastic! Our first time left a lot to be desired, the food was almost inedible. We reached out to Stir about the experience and they made it right, giving us another shot to try a different menu. This time around, Chef Kate and the team delivered a delicious, fresh meal and a great time. The ambiance and experience is amazing, giving you the opportunity to make new friends and cook alongside them. Highly recommended for a unique night out!
