I love this spot. Super tasty food and amazing service. I had fish and it was delicious. Their drinks are awesome too.they have super tasty pork tacos for happy hour. It's a def place to check out. I couldn't have been happier with the service. And also they use paper straws which made me super happy:)))

Great vibes in the downtown Denver area. Came here for lunch and got connected with the happy hour menu, great prices, great food and I’d assume great drinks. I’d get the pork belly tacos FOR SURE.

Swanky atmosphere, unique libations, and outstanding service. We came with a small group on a Friday, it was busy but not crazy. It is larger than I expected, plenty of room to grab a few tables. Had more than a few drinks. I'd try the Clear, an old fashion tequila-style. Dangerous if I may warn. Kudos to the bartender. If I didn't have too many great drinks, I'd remember your name. Here's to you, sir! Cheers!

Delicious! We had reservations at another restaurant @ 9 so we're had some time to kill. Ordered couple drinks, which were perfect, and the flatbread and pork belly tacos. Mouth watering food. Bartenders were attentive and the atmosphere was chill. We went right before the plays started at the performance art center so it was crowded but by the time we left it had cleared out. Didn't stay for the DJ. Definitely recommend for apps. and good cocktails.

This place is pretty cool and hip. They have some great tequilas as it is a tequila bar. Some days of the week it can get pretty packed with the 21-28 year old range of folks and that crowd is particularly pretty douchy(at least the 4-5 times I've been in), however late nights on weekends you tend to see an older crowd. It is a smaller place and right across the street from the opera house, so it is convenient and close to everything downtown. The bartenders are amazing and know their drinks very well. Give it whirl, especially if you are in to Tequila.

I chose this place for a farewell party of a close friend and coworker last night and man am I glad I did! The service, food and ambiance were perfect. The staff knew exactly how to treat us and keep us comfortable and today everyone is raving about the perfect party. The bartender even made my martini just right, which is not something I am used to even at some of the nicer downtown Denver cocktail bars. I plan to bring my boyfriend in one night, since we both enjoy good cocktails that are made right. I also am craving more of their delicious brussels sprouts, so I will definitely be back. Thank you again, Sip | Eat + Drink Staff!

The bartender here was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and innovative entrepreneur I have had the pleasure of interacting with. He is the creator of amazing drinks that truly should be Sipped. I haven’t been to Denver in over a year but look forward to returning and this is on my list of don’t miss places.

Visited Sip this evening to partake in their Taco and Tequila Tuesday. To start, I had the Crystal Clear Old Fashioned which was out of this world! Then I tried their specialty Tacos of the night which included a shredded chicken and pulled pork Taco. Similar to the Old Fashioned both were delicious! The service was also great. Our Bartender Scott provided excellent suggestions for both drink and food. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Sidled up to the bar at 10 pm on a Thursday evening and had almost the whole place to ourselves. Mind boggling because this is one of the best dinners I've ever had. Tried three different cocktails here. All were on point and accompanied by attentive service from the bartender. We ordered three dishes - meat and cheese board, roasted brussel sprouts, and steamed mussels. I realize that none of these sound revolutionary on paper, but all three dishes took me to flavor country in different and complimentary ways. Incredibly well executed! Coming from LA, we also found it to be a great value for the portion size and quality. So, so glad we tried Sip on our first night visiting Denver. If you live or work locally, this NEEDS to go into your weekly rotation.

The bartender offered to make me some custom drinks, but as I'm not a big liquor drinker, I wasn't sure to get, so I just got a couple off the menu, which were delicious. The edamame appetizer and burger were also very good. Would definitely go back next time I'm in town.
