A friend recommended Ash'Kara, his usual first stop after landing en route to the slopes. Twelve of us dined here a few months ago, also our first stop en route to Keystone. This is hands down the BEST Mediterranean food I've had. The restaurant was beautiful and intimate. And the service did not disappoint. My birthday was celebrated with the best baklava ever!!!

STEVEN! Steven, amazing recommendations 👏 never had Mediterranean food before and your recommendations when I was looking for a "Shwarma" were SPOT..freaking..ON! This was by far the best restaurant experience I have had with my wife in a good while! Spectacular food, wine, dessert, beer. Thank you and, WE WILL BE BACK (Schwarzenegger voice) 😉 😀 Amazing menus

Super chill place - of course i came during happy hour so the place was pretty empty at 3:00pm. Service was pretty absent at first but the bartender warmed up and it ended up being great. I only got the hummus and pita bread but the bread was awesome! Warm and soft, it was perfect. There was a bit too much oil on the hummus for my taste but it had great flavor. Definitely gonna come back for dinner another time.

Can’t get enough of this place! The servers are very knowledgeable about what’s on the menu and always have great recommendations. The olives and babaganoush are incredible. Everything’s incredible.

This is a truly incredible version of modern Tel Aviv cuisine. They strike a real balance between telavivian fusion of street food and fine cuisine. Great work and a place we keep coming back for more

Outstanding food- thoughtful hostess and staff who adjusted for our requests of tables, made great recommendations for our food quantity and service one pairing and provided outstanding service. The food was incredibly delicious, flavorful, and a variety of fresh unique ingredients.

I’m amazed with how delicious their pita bread is. I found the Tagines to be affordable because of the large portion that can easily be shared for two. They even recommend you share this dish with one other person. The outdoor seating area looks wonderful.

I’ve seen some negative reviews mixed in with lots of positive. All I can say is that you don’t get a Bib Gourmand award for overrated food! All the positives are definitely well deserved. Yes, it’s pricey, but we would go back in a heartbeat. Our service was fantastic. As a note, we asked about the 20% service fee for clarification. It’s not extra money that goes into the owners pocket like some other places. Our waiter explained that all of it goes to ALL staff…servers, bar, and kitchen. To quote our server “I’ve never been disappointed when I received my paycheck.” We did give a little extra tip (which is divided among all the servers only) because we appreciated the attention they gave us, including making an excellent wine recommendation based on my limited knowledge of wine. Food: We ordered the hummus (phenomenal), the saganaki (didn’t live it as much as most people reviewed but still very good), the watermelon tomato salad, and my husband ordered the lamb tenderloin. I don’t eat lamb, but my husband said it was excellent. I tasted the veggies and couscous that are served with it and the sauce and they were really delicious. Bottom line: Ignore the bad reviews. This place deserves all the accolades!

The hummus was delicious, the service was better. Samantha took care of me, helped me through the menu with selections and even brought me a sample of the pickles as I was curious. The bartender also helped take care of me (didn’t get his name). Both were attentive without being too much. Great service flow. They add the 20% service charge here- but it is VERY clearly stated on the menu, and the bartender made sure to point it out to me when he brought the check as well. I have no problem with that charge as long as it is clearly shown which it was. I’ll be back for sure. Nice shaded patio for lunch as well.

Really good, sharable food--a great recommendation by our waitress to do a family-style meal! Everything was seasoned well and the texture was fantastic. We ordered hummus with cauliflower shawarma and falafels as a starter, oven roasted carrots as a first course, and shared an eggplant tagine. Plenty for 3 people with leftovers. A bit pricey since we did not go during happy hour, but the food definitely did not disappoint.
