Magnificent interior, very spacious yet comforting. I went on a Sunday Eve with a few friends and was very pleased with its menu's classic origins and recipes, as I did not expect such traditional cooking.
Once my plate came out I was satisfied with the eclectic presentation, also the taste of the pasta entree and meat entree were stellar.
Went for their lunch special and couldn't have been a better experience! Their lunch three-course meal was perfectly filling, and their outdoor patio seating was wonderful. Definitely will be planning a dinner date here in the future.
Went last night and was delighted, it is truly exceptional. The Oenobeer is a delicious change of pace from most beer and a number of them achieved a good balance between wine and beer, making it a great option for the less beer-enthused members of any party. The food was also astounding, with a really creative menu. Everything we ordered was delicious and new. A stand-out from the many “Nuevo-Americana” most other bistros are serving in town. Finally, for being open only 5 days, I was really impressed by the quality of everything. I’ve noticed many restaurant openings have disappointed recently as one part of the experience is lacking (mostly service or food quality/presentation). I gather this is due to difficulties with staffing in Denver. Regardless, Liberati nailed it- staff was wonderful, food was delicious and presented very well. Definite 5-Stars, will be back again!
The service was excellent but the food was just ok. It was kind of pricey so I expected more. The ambience was so so but very noisy. The bright spot was the beer. I would come back for a beer and cheese board especially in the summer when I can sit outside.

EDIT 7/10/19: I came in here recently and everything has changed. The menu now has many more options that are tasty and a little more affordable, the atmosphere has been made more cozy and open, and the servers are awesome and on top of things. I think they did a really good job listening to what people wanted. I especially loved the bacon wrapped plums. Yum!
MY OLD REVIEW
We came in on a date night and it took a really long time for our water to even come out. This was a theme of the evening, even noted by our friendly sever. He did give us a free glass of wine as apology but it was a hard pill to swallow. The dishes were overpriced for the amount of food we received although all the food was incredibly tasty. As a gluten free person, the options were severely limited. The music was all butt rock and not very awesome. The atmosphere felt like a big chain restaurant which made the prices even harder to swallow. We tried their signature beer which is mixed with wine and it was super sweet. Great if you're into that. We also had the chianti and it was pretty decent. We also tried the lamb, octopus and polenta and all were tasty but small in portion size.
Definitely the place to visit when in Denver. Food was fantastic, fresh and made in house. The beer was delicious, completely different then the beer you know. Wonderful flavor profiles highlighting the grapes and the hops.
Incredible! Executive chef is from Rome. Love the food and atmosphere. My new favorite.

Felt the need to review this. Wow, just wow. As a non-wine drinker this was outside my comfort zone but I am so happy that I chose this place. The "beer" as it is officially called was a combination of beer and wine and had phenomenal notes of what I loved about beer and what I could bear about wine.
The food. It was way more than I expected. We mostly did apps but I was totally satisfied with steak tar tar, oysters, and wings (incredible and totally different than any wing I have ever had).
But... Overall, the best part of this experience was Francesco. He managed to identify my taste buds immediately along with my girlfriend who is very fond of wine. He brought us two tasters of "beer" that fit our styles incredibly. Absolutely incredible and added to our experience on a real level.
This an experience I would recommend to anyone. It has a sense of class, great taste (food and drink), and great customer service.
Very interesting but very tasty beers. It's almost a requirement that they have filling Italian because most beers are pretty boozy. Great atmosphere, very comfy and extremely welcoming and helpful staff. The building is pretty unique. The right side feels more like an intimate restaurant and the left like an very upscale brewery. The food was quite tasty, we especially enjoyed the gnocchi, and saffron ravioli. Everything else was tasty as well. The bread was a total let down. I'd love to see something with a bit more flavor and bite. Would go again happily.
