Great pizza for an even better price! I loved the ambiance of that place, which made you feel like you were getting high quality food in a highly relaxed environment. Their personal pizzas are good for sharing, but make sure to get one per person as you'll soon learn they are too tasty to stop eating. You can accompany your fresh pizza with a cheap and perfectly green side salad. I'd recommend balancing out the gluttony of a pizza with some fresh greens to pace yourself. I also happened to luck out by getting food during their Happy Hour which entailed BOGO beers, which I was theoighly excited about. I've known about this small chain for a while but finally took the plunge to check it out. As a tip, this Denver Highlands location is significantly cheaper than the Boulder location, which also added to my overall enjoyment. Great pizza and great fun! I'd recommend this place to people looking for a fun and relaxed atmosphere to have fresh pizza and drinks.
Good pizza, but on the pricey end of things. We got the four cheese and mushrooms, which was good however the salty from the feta cheese was a bit much, it took a bit to get used to and if I was eating this by myself would have been too salty to enjoy. We also built another pizza with mushrooms and sauteed red bell pepper, which was good but not great. This place has good pizzas if you want to grab a small bite to eat but if you are looking for a great pizza I would recommend going someplace else.
I went to the highlands locations for a dough making class. The trainer was knowledgeable and showed us the process. We were then able to try to stretch the dough ourselves, though we were not allowed to make the dough. (Also it takes overnight so it would not have been possible.) We then were able to select a pizza for lunch. It is affordable. The basic pizza is about $4.50 and they go up to about $9 for a single serve pizza. Children are welcome. Plus, there are a few drinks from cold brew coffee to mimosas (and soft drinks).
Always a good choice if you want a personal size wood-fired pizza. We used to frequent the one in Kansas City when we lived there and we were so sad when it closed! Excited to be living close by to one again. Last night I ordered the Autumn seasonal pizza and it was delicious! I’m still thinking about the tangy combination of fig, prosciutto and arugula. Ordered delivery, they used UberEats. I was able to track my order and it came on time. Only sad part was it was a tad cold by the time it arrived, but that’s probably to be expected. Can’t wait to get this pizza again!
What a great elevated fast casual restaurant experience. The pizza was delicious and cooked to perfection. With a good variety of salads, pizzas, and beer/wine....this place had everything we needed for a quick, yet delicious night out.
Had a pretty good coupon in the App. My only complaint is their sausage is nothing to write home about, which I don't understand because Denver has so many great sausage makers.
Really awesome staff and gluten free pizza crust wasn’t bad either! Not the absolute best pizza I’ve ever had, but for the price and great customer service, it deserves 5 stars.
Yummy in my tummy. Pizzeria Locale used to have numerous locations around the U.S., but unfortunately it didn't seem as successful as Chipotle wanted it to be, but at least it's still in Denver. So, as soon as we came into Denver, this was our first stop. Very rich and delicious vegetarian pizza was our first order. But the showstopper, is the Nutella pizza. This is a must!!
Simple and fresh ingredients with an eye toward authenticity.
Great for family dinner, entertaining out-of-towners, and grabbing a quick bite at lunch. I go every Wednesday.
Try the meatballs!
Great pizza!! Incredible dough. The Diavola is my favorite by far. Staff is always awesome and professional. Please try it, you won't regret it!
