This has been our favorite sushi spot for years and we now drive over an hour regularly ,specifically to eat here since we have moved. The mango madness and green monster are our go to rolls but we have never been disappointed with anything we have ordered. This is where we bring all of our out of town friends and we use any excuse we can to stop in and see the staff and enjoy a meal. Broadway can be chaotic but the management goes out of their way to make sure we can always enjoy sitting outside when the weather allows. Anytime an outside factor could have affected things, we receive additional items and check ins. We have become well acquainted with the staff. This is a true gem and far exceeds any other sushi place nearby while also remaining competitive in pricing. The sake, desserts and appetizers are also always phenomenal and made in house. Tony has been the manager we have personally become close with and and he has made it our go to spot.
Quick lunch or delish dinner! Sushi are fresh, staff are friendly! Must try when you’re in. Downtown Denver. Parking at the back provided but plenty of street parking. Walking distance to coffee shops and store, best way to burn those food after eating here!
Update 2 (July 2023): everything was A+ through and through. No complaints, service was excellent everything was excellent. I think they overcame the staffing issues because they seem to have plenty of servers for indoor and outdoor now. 100% recommend. Their cocktails are fantastic and well worth the price - recommendation is the Broadway & Ellsworth, basically a Manhattan.
Update 1: had a terrible experience where service was awful (waited 20 minutes for someone to take drink order and another 20 for someone to take food order) but I'm chalking it up to being understaffed winter 2022/2023. I wish they would just limit the tables if they're short on servers.
Lived in Denver for almost 2 years and finally go around to trying this place. Turns out it's awesome. Plenty of space (indoor and outdoor), and you can gear your choices toward affordable or fancier options, depending what you're feeling. Great service and delicious sushi!
Been here 2x and the food is excellent!! Gotten the shishito peppers which are so good! Husband got a couple of sushi rolls that he practically inhaled. The udon soup with tempura shrimp and veggies was especially delicious. I love the simplicity of their udon some. Rich with flavor as well. This place has become one of our favorite places.
Oh and they have happy hour from like 10pm-12:30am on the weekends!!

Go fish is a great restaurant to stop by and grab sushi. Presentation is always beautiful and food is tasty. Quality establishment with great service, and friendly smiles all around. The happy hour menu is also great, allowing you try new/multiple things. The late night is also fun! Drinks are always pouring and bumping beats playing.
Wow!! This restaurant is simply outstanding when you look at the price/value, presentation, ambience, service, and quality and taste of the dishes altogether! Especially for Denver, the fish was incredibly fresh and melt-in-your-mouth in both the raw rolls and tuna poke bowl. Unagi-don (eel bowl) is a must try if you love eel- it was absolutely delicious!
Service was good as well, and wait time wasn’t terrible at all. Food, though, was spectacular and much less expensive than other sushi/fish we’ve tried that was subpar. In addition, there are many accommodations to people with dietary restrictions, such as clearly categorized vegetarian/vegan rolls. Go Fish is certainly a restaurant to check out for any hungry person in Denver!
I thought this was pretty decent sushi. Plates were nicely composed, rice was well cooked, granulated and vinegary. Pricing was good for what it is. Service was okay, I wouldn't call it warm but it was competent and everything came out quickly. This is like totally decent take out sushi in restaurant form. I'd be more likely to order out than go back to dine.
Ask for Liam anytime you come to this place! Service is top-tier. He is very knowledgeable about all the alcoholic beverages that they have on tap. We've been coming to this neighborhood treasure for years, he just gives us a reason to keep coming back!
Excellent service, amazing happy hour deals and incredible sushi. Fairly priced, especially at happy hour. $5 sake bombs and happy hour rolls are worth it entirely. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Capitol Hill area!
