Amazing food. Have business lunches here all the time and have never had a bad experience. Service and food are always good. Favorite menu item is the buckwheat noodles with salmon (pictured)....YUM! Nice bar area too if you’re looking for a more upscale place for an after work happy hour or a party spot. Location is central in Stapleton so easy to get to from just about anywhere. Bathrooms are clean and decor is top notch.

Wow! High end food for moderate prices- very well done! Exquisite Bison Bolognese. Also shared the diver scallops -super! Try the beet salad too! Very creative menu, beautiful decor- loved it! We’ll be back....

I gave Concourse four stars hesitantly – I almost gave five. The food is phenomenal, from the lobster pasta to the hanger steak to the deconstructed lasagna to the pistachio chocolate dessert (I believe they called it a Colorado Rocky Road) – everything left us wanting more. The design of the inside is modern yet comfortable at the same time, and it looks incredible. The staff, however... while friendly enough, it's clearly evident that Concourse just opened and has not yet had time to properly and fully train the staff. We ordered a cheese plate, and they ran out of the third cheese so we only got two. We ordered the cheese as an appetizer, and asked the server to treat it as such, and the meal arrived within one minute after the cheese being set on our table. Our server explained to us that everything is served "family style," and that each plate would be spaced out so that we could enjoy one at a time, but they all arrived at the same time. Our table was very full with everything arriving all at once. We ordered a bottle of wine but our server seemed inexperienced at pouring, and the wine ended up being spilled on a menu (thankfully none got on our clothes). We were told that the sommelier would be over to help us pick a bottle of wine, but he never arrived and we waited quite a while to get our bottle ordered. This is all atypical of a Lon Symensma restaurant, so I'm sure it's just a matter of working out the kinks and getting everyone trained. I am excited to come back in a few months once they've got things running smoothly! This style of restaurant is exactly what Stapleton needs, and I will definitely drive back from north City Park to check it out again.

Easily one of my favorite restaurants in the Denver area. It's the type of place you take someone to for special occasions. The food is fantastic. The service is fast. Parking is plentiful.

We had a great meal here. The whole roasted cauliflower and the Hamachi sashimi were nice appetizers. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly and had great flavors. Service was a bit slow which I didn't mind, but don't expect to be in and out quickly.

The cocktails were incredible, my chorizo and egg skillet was delectable, and Sebastian at the bar is wonderful company for Sunday brunch!

Three visits (so far). Cocktail and appetizer on the patio was enjoyable. Dinner was a little disappointing; felt like the kitchen was off. We had party of 8, which might make service a little more challenging. Took a long time for our order to be taken. Food did not come out together, there was probably 10-15 min between the first main and when the last person received their meal. Wouldn't recommend the house salad (wilted and nothing special) nor the pork (dry and an uninspired vodka sauce covering up any flavor). On a positive note, Old Fashioned, scallops and desserts (cheesecake and brioche). Really enjoyed a nice relaxing breakfast here (much quieter than Four Friends). Had the Caramelized Onion-Tomato Toast; the bread was very tasty. Coffee was smooth and strong. The location is on my commute, so excited to stop for coffee and pastry. Will definitely be back for breakfast.

We had a great time there! Our server, Sam, was awesome, the food was amazing, the atmosphere was geared more towards adults and was quiet (which is what we prefer). We tried their tasting menu and it definitely will have us going back, highly recommend! They have these risotto balls and if you pair it with their Prosecco... it’s so good!

Came here for happy hour yesterday. Their cocktails are outstanding, but their octopus and bacon risotto balls were the highlight of the visit! The mix of flavors was impressive and the texture was absolutely perfect! We will definitely come back later for small plates!

This restaurant featured good sophisticated food in a sophisticated atmosphere. It was quiet during lunch. We arrived at 115. I would go back for dinner. The interior features a number of dark and hard surfaces, so it could be dark and loud in the evening. I love walnut and this is a major material here. There's a full bar and coctail menu. Our food was great. We both had artfully prepared seafood.
