Stopped by for lunch and it was my first time here. I ordered the huevos rancheros which is the meal I always order when first visiting a Mexican restaurant. My wife ordered the mole siete with carnitas, a mole made from a base of seven chilis. The huevos rancheros was delicious. The green chili was tasty and flavorful with the right amount of spiciness. I tasted mole dish and it was stellar. The carnitas were very tender and the mole was simply incredible. The mole had a deep flavors with the right amount of chocolate and heat. Service was on the slower side, but mostly because meals are made to order.

I had the champurrado, and chilaquiles verdes with steak. All was great food. The service was great too. The place is small, approx 7 tables. I was impressed with the number of vegetarian AND gluten free options. A big family came in while I was there, most of whom were vegan, and all found something different to eat. I'd be back and recommend to others.

I’m a vegan hispanic person visiting from Seattle. I almost lost my mind at how good the food is here. NOTHING IN SEATTLE COMPARES.
It’s incredibly affordable. The owner takes great care to build VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE options that don’t rely on artificial meat substitutes. This is real food, with real flavor.
The owner is incredibly kind and you can taste how much care he puts into his food.

I’ve eaten here over a dozen times, as a Texan I’ve struggled to find good Mexican food, but terascos (or their sister location Khalos) is THE BEST you’ll find in Denver, especially as a vegan! And they’ve continued to expand their vegan options!!
The service is always great and fast, I have never had a bad experience with any servers, I think these other reviewers should check their attitudes first…. Anyway lol,
Denver is such a white washed city, im so happy this place exists!!

Delicious homemade Mexican food. Tastes like my family made it. The location is a little confusing because the sign is on another building but that's one con to a list of pros. I ordered the quesabirria tacos. They were good, used a guajillo based sauce to coat the tacos which was different but the consome was notable. Salsa w the chips and salsa app was lovely. Love this restaurant and will definitely be back.

The best Mexican in Denver hands down!!!
We enjoyed Aqua Frescas,
Nopales Ensalada w chips,
Mole enmoladas (The YUMMIEST MOLE!!),
Mushroom enchiladas.
All made vegan.
They have an incredible selection of vegan choices.
(Meat too if you wish.)

The best Mexican food I’ve had, we came for chips and salsa which were just okay, but WOW that Quesabirria is muy bien!!! I mean just outta this world, give this place a try, you won’t regret it 10/10

Absolutely stunning mole. The salsa that comes with the chips to start the meal off was nice and spicy, with lots of chile flavour. I had a tamal oaxaqueño and my friend ordered enchiladas verses, both of which completely floored us. They have a huge selection of juices and aquas frescas, so it's a great place to go if you're not into alcohol. I will have to be back to try their carnitas and fried ice cream.

This was a great find! Lots of really fun drinks combinations as well as fruit smoothies. Our order was really good and full of heart and love. Definitely will be going back to try more on the menu.
