I recently dined at STK steakhouse, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was chic and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a special evening. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the steaks. Each bite was a culinary delight, perfectly cooked to my preference and bursting with flavor. The menu offered a variety of cuts, and the quality of the meat was evident in every mouthful. Accompanying sides were equally impressive, complementing the main course flawlessly. The attention to detail extended to the presentation, as each dish was a work of art on the plate. The sommelier's recommendations for wine pairings elevated the dining experience, showcasing a thoughtful selection that enhanced the flavors of the meal. STK's commitment to excellence was evident in every aspect, making it a top-tier choice for anyone seeking a memorable steakhouse experience. Without a doubt, I give STK a resounding five stars and look forward to returning for another exceptional dining adventure.

Overall a lovely and delicious celebratory experience! The food and drinks were very good, service was excellent, but, there were some notably distracting things with the general atmosphere of the restaurant (each point is expanded below) Price: Pricey indeed, sides are purchased separately from steaks so be prepared, for many I anticipate this would be a celebratory meal, not a regular weeknight dinner Food: For appetizers we ordered the Wedge Salad which was very yummy, good thick cuts of bacon. They also brought some bread which was pillowy and fresh. For mains we got the Fish & Chips which were truly very good, nice fresh fries, the 10 Oz Ribeye which was cooked beautifully, so tender. For Dessert we ordered the donuts which seemed like a small portion for the price but they were really yummy and each sauce was great (personal favorite was the Dulce De Leche) Drinks: The cocktails really are wonderful. The Strawberry Cobbler drink tastes like sipping on a Strawberry Shortcake, it just makes you smile. Each drink was delicious. The Sex on the Beach shots and they were accompanied by a super fun sparkler. Service: Our waiter was incredibly kind and delightful, apologetic about delays. Made very good recommendations Experience: This is the strange part. The minute we walked in there was an influencer filming her entrance to the restaurant. Big ring light and doing many takes, kinda had to move around them. We were here for a very special occasion which we let them know ahead of time (got married that day!) But we were sat at this weird corner small table directly next to another couple (who was arguing), and another influencer was taking photo after photo across from us with full flash on. They glared at us after we were sat because we were in the background of some of their shots... The music was so loud my husband couldn't hear a word I was saying (he has auditory processing issues) My husband went to ask for a different table, and they graciously and quickly moved us to a booth. I should point out that this was a weeknight and there were a ton of empty tables... We then had view of yet another table of influencer with tons of flashing lights. I'm glad this restaurant is so desirable for social media, great for them, it was very pretty and fancy. But it made for some awkward interactions while trying to just enjoy the dinner. After the awkward start we did feel celebrated, they did a lot to make us feel welcome and we are very grateful 💕

STK Denver was wonderful. Cocktails were delicious, rack of lamb and short rib were fantastic. Our server Alfred was very attentive and helpful with our questions. Manager Neil was extremely friendly and elevated our experience to the next level. All around great night. Definitely recommend eating here.

Really nice Christmas decor package with a LIVE DJ.. The music selection was on point & I was vibin through my meal. The waitress was very friendly, accommodating & honest about the menu!! The Japanese A5 steak & the Bacon macaroni was PERFECT!!!! The old fashions are tasty as well!! This was my first STK experience with many more visit to come!!

They brought us sourdough bread to start which was excellent and the green sauce was yummy. Then we got a cesar salad, it was good, but had a lot of dressing on it. Main dishes: Wagyu burger Filet The burger was good for the price, had a lot of sauce on it. I added avocado and egg, but could have definitely used more flavor. I got it cooked medium. The over cooked our filet to well done, but took it back and gave us a new one. Sides: Mashed potatoes Cream corn Brussels sprouts Fries All of the sides were just OK. I definitely do not recommend the regular lunch fries. Cute environment inside, cozy and cute Christmas decor!

My experience at STK Denver was 10 out of 10. The service, the ambiance, the cocktails, apps, entrees, to dessert was nothing short of perfection. Neil- the GM is awesome! Had a great conversation with him and he exudes hospitality. Our server was highly attentive, had a great personality and gave us her personal recommendations which I always appreciate! I highly recommend the tuna tartar starter, their award winning watermelon martini, the filet with truffle butter, cream spinach, and raspberry cheesecake for dessert! They also had a great DJ playing early 2000’s remixes and I have to say I loved the vibes!

Alex was our waitress and she was great. Attentive but gave us enough time to enjoy our food and time together. She was knowledgeable about with the menu and answered any questions we had and made some great suggestions. All of the food was delicious and we will definitely recommend STK to anyone looking for a nice date night or to celebrate a special occasion.
