I met up with my family at Tom. Starlight on Colfax. It was a stormy night in Denver. And we ended up ordering two mac & cheese, two Enzo pizzas, the beef quesadillas, and cheesy fries. Then we ordered the beef sliders, which I recommend. The food took a little bit longer to make. So we were waiting

Tom’s Starlight is such a fun spot. If you loved Tom’s Diner… you will love this even more! The decor, food, atmosphere and service are all impeccable! I think the lounge with the fun orange swivel chairs are my favorite, along with their menu and their mocktails (I’m a sober girl!)

We popped in late on New Year’s night for a bite. It was right on time. The calamari was hot and had tentacles, the sliders were tasty, and the have the amazing thick steak fries. It’s not a breakfast spot anymore, more like a bar/dinner but still worth the trip. Nice to see them keep the old place
We were big fans of the old Tom's and sad to see it go. It's really cool that the new spot kept a lot of the old charm. It's a beautiful cocktail bar (mostly delicious Tiki drinks) with lots of good food options. Service was fast and friendly. It looks very 70's, but it's nice, bright, and welcoming

This place rocks. Kept the old Tom spirit and the drinks are awesome. The staff is genuinely nice and the drinks smooth. Very glad I got to be here when they opened back up as starlight. P.s. order the poached pear for dessert.
