This is a really nice breakfast spot. The food and service was great. I sat outside and the outdoor dining was really nice. I had the Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Hot Cake - delicious, but super sweet!

This is mine and my boyfriend's regular breakfast spot. The whole menu is amazing but my favorite and most ordered is the BLT&E. HashTag is in my top three breakfast spots in CO hands down.

The food here is incredible and the portion sizes are massive. The large pancake is the size of a medium pizza and can easily feed 2-3 people. We actually stopped here two days in a row last week because we were so impressed with the quality. It gets really busy but you can order online and pick up which is what we did the second day then just eat outside on the many different tables and chairs in the area. Our service when we ate inside was prompt and very friendly and the server even recognized me the following day which I appreciated

I ordered the chicken and waffles it was slightly above average. The potential is there but not a $20 meal to say the least. Looks can be deceiving, while the waffles were a good proportionate size they were extremely sweet, almost like a pressed honey bun or a soft cookie. However, the chicken great flavor, but paper thin literally mostly breading. It’s good enough to give it a second chance

Really great location to for breakfast! Everything we have tried here has not disappointed. Personal favorite are churros with any of their delightful coffee options. Jorge has always attended us very well each time we visit. Atmosphere is great but be aware it gets pretty full here. It is nice they use their established location to seat people and use another restaurant that opens in the afternoon to ensure everyone is seated quickly. Great option for anyone near the airport and Central Park.

While staying the night in Denver, I knew my wife and I would be in the mood for brunch. With endless brunch options in Denver, it was a tough choice to make; however, after careful consideration I choose for us to go to HashTAG. Upon waking in, we noticed that there was going to be a wait, but seeing the bar was open seating - we snagged the last two open seats in order to avoid waiting for a table/booth. The bartender/waiter behind the counter was definitely swamped but he still gave quality customer service to everyone. Props to him for doing so on a busy Sunday morning! There were so many good things on the menu that we had to order a few items to try them out. To start we ordered the biscuits and (pork sausage) gravy and my wife ordered the P.O.G. (Passionfruit, Orange, Guava) Mimosa. For the main course we decided to order the Colfax ‘wich with hash browns, Chipotle Chicken & Waffles & small Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Hot Cake. My wife enjoyed the Colfax ‘wich & hash browns. The biscuits and pork sausage gravy was some of the best biscuits and gravy we’ve had. The buttermilk biscuits provide a nice texture to mix with the hearty pork sausage gravy. Shockingly this didn’t make us feel bloated or heavy like other biscuits and gravy entrees do. Must be the quality ingredients that they use. They nailed it! My Chipotle Chicken & Waffles were on another level. Simply an elevated experience with their waffle specifically. It had a crunchy exterior while still maintaining a fluffy core. The waffle itself was sweet enough that neither hitter or syrup is needed. It’s very rare that a waffle can showcase a superior taste without the addition of syrup and butter. This waffle is in an the “Elite” category of waffles. The chicken is pretty thin but not a bad size. Their crispy bacon also was a great plus. It’s always a gamble when ordering bacon at a restaurant, but when you get solid bacon - it’s a mood changer! Finally we shared a small portion of the Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Hot Cake. To say this is a “small portion” is beyond laughable. This thing was massive. I can only imagine the large! I’m very glad though it was that big, because I couldn’t stop eating it. The hot cake itself possesses sea salt caramel undertones that you receive in every delicate bite. In addition, the fluffy hot cake itself was loaded & topped with a plentiful amount of chocolate chips. This was my favorite hot cake to this date. Overall, this was a top tier brunch option in Denver. Don’t hesitate for a second, go here and thank me later.

Wow! We've had togo from HashTag but eating in is SO MUCH BETTER! We ordered Chicken and Waffles, Porte Green Chili Omelet, and a Cinnamon Roll. All were spectacular. We were also lucky to beat the rush so show up early. The food came out within minutes of us ordering, I was truly surprised. Amazing job HashTag Crew but especially Kennedy our server you were a gem!

We came here from out of state. Arrived about 930 on a Friday morning, seated right away. We were ordering our food and LITERALLY as we were finishing our order, the kids breakfast came out right away. The waitress barely walked away and our starter was out and not even 2 minutes later the entire table's order was out. Super fast service and great waitress. Food was delicious, from a pancake to the El jefe burrito with green salsa (chefs kiss) on the salsa. Just like we are used to in Texas. And the Denver omelet was just as great. Everything needed a to go box. Definitely will be back!
