We came here for dinner and were blown away by how amazing the food was. The calamari was perfectly cooked, maybe one of the best calamari appetizers I've ever had. I highly recommend this dish if you come here. The prosciutto pizza was a very pleasant surprise. Perfect balance of salty, crispy, fresh, sweet, and tart flavors. I loved every bite of it. Service was very quick, and the waiter was super nice. We will definitely be coming back the next time we're in Denver!
Home to one of my favorite cravings: the meatball pizza. I love this thing. The meatballs can be found in other parts of the menu, but the pizza is where it finds it’s best home. Also home to a great bar! And highly recommend for brunch. The only concern is consistency. The pizza, for instance, is never bad but not always great. When it’s great though... it’s great.
Good food served with a smile.
Parking is difficult but worth the effort.
Once inside, the atmosphere is fun and lively. It is a bot loud and hard to hold a conversation at times but not to annoying.
Really good food and service. We had a drink and small plate, but really want to return for a full meal.
White Negroni was very good...even tho my apprehension....tasty and unique. Falafel and hummus was excellent. Service in point and fun atmosphere.
Came here for brunch when DBC was slammed, and it was a delicious find! The food, service, and atmosphere were phenomenal. The breakfast potatoes were probably the best I’ve had in the city. My latte was superb. However, I think they need to drop their brunch price point if they want to compete with brunch heavyweights like Denver Biscuit Company and Snooze. $16 for a Benedict and side is excessive.
Incredible every time, definitely recommend going for brunch and getting the breakfast platter and bacon and kale pizza, just delicious!
Gozo is an awesome date night spot. Their Brussel sprouts appetizer keeps us coming back. Who would have thought to put almonds with sprouts? I have been for birthday parties, and intimate date nights and the staff always know how to handle your situation.
Solid brunch. A bit expensive, but really tasty. I had the short rib hash and it was delicious - the scrambled eggs had a great texture and the beef was tender.
Recently went here for my birthday and the server did a wonderful job at accommodating our group of 14 people! He was on top everything. I know big groups can be extremely stressful. We have a wonderful table near the back of the restaurant which made my birthday dinner feel a lot more intimate. I was although a bit disappointed with the food. Our calamari came out way too cooked and a lot of our pizza were burnt around the edges. And for some reason my pepperoni pizza had onions on it (not sure if that’s how it comes, I’ve gotten it before and it’s never had onions)! Usually the food quality is 100 but they kind of slacked off on it. In their defense it was a large group, on a Friday at 7pm. Definitely love the vibe here and the service. Highly recommend for a date night or big event.
Nice vibe and mellow atmosphere. Was busy so if you go on the weekend I suggest making a reservation unless you want to walk down Broadway and look at the different shops which is what my sister and I did to kill time until the restaurant called letting us know a table had opened up. The calamari and pizza was so delicious. We will be back again!
