Imperial Chinese Palace is my favorite Chinese Restaurant in Denver! The restaurant is clean, spacious and never so busy that I feel crowded. Service is excellent— this is a nice dining establishment so you do need to give them a little time for the food to be prepared. The food is excellent— unlike most Chinese restaurants, they aren’t using prepared frozen foods. The pan fried pork dumplings are our favorite— they are handmade on site. Hot and sour soup is rich and flavorful. Mu shu pork is my favor entree…but seriously they are all good!! They are also great with kids!
Maria is one of the best servers in Colorado. Sam came from the back and checked on us and seen how our food was. The Picture tells a thousand words. The atmosphere was one of the best experiences in Colorado. Hands down the best Asian restaurant in Colorado.
My wife and I were driving around looking for a place to eat on Christmas day. We saw the Imperial open, and we decided to stop in. This is our first time eating here. We were very impressed with the food. We ordered wontons and pan-fried pork dumplings for our appetizers. For our entrée we choose happy family and the deluxe fried rice. It was a bit busy for dinner, given it was one of the only restaurants open today. We are definitely coming back. This place is a must when traveling on Broadway.
I have lived in the Denver metro for more than 6 years, yet I had never been to this place until recently. It’s very solid - probably among the best American Chinese restaurants in the south metro. Lots of longtime Denverites say that and I can now understand why. It is pricier than most, but the food is definitely fresher and of higher quality.

Great food, music and great environment waiter was super helpful and friendly, and the food is just amazing!!! 5 out of 5 love coming here once a week, great place! 🙂
We have been going to this Best Chinese restaurant for over 30 years! never disappointed and always extremely happy with the quality of the ingredients and preparation. Perfect service. Old style atmosphere which we love. Can’t say enough about how much we adore the Imperial Chinese! Never change anything!!!
We used to go to Imperial quite a lot, so we decided to go there for the combination fried rice. Our service was pretty slow starting with the hostess and ending with our server; it appeared they were short staffed. The food was good but not absolutely delicious as I remembered from the past. The portions were a bit smaller too. We'd go again, they're doing their best.
I dined in at Imperial Palace a couple weeks ago and not only was the food delicious, but the service was stellar. Granted we arrived around 5 p.m. and missed the dinner rush at 7, but our server was attentive and helpful. I forgot to get a photo of my entree, but did capture the egg drop soup and mango sorbet. I'd recommend!
Everything about this place was great! The food was amazingly delicious and it came out very fast! The ambience was a nice vibe with a beautiful fish tank that set a nice mood for date night. The sesame chicken was *chefs kiss*
I love coming to Imperial! The food is always delicious and the service is incredible. We got a variety of apps and they were all spectacular. They came out quick and hot. The sesame chicken is my favorite meal probably ever.
