We came to this place due to a YouTubers recommendation, the food was absolutely amazing, I mean real authentic Italian food, you can tell the freshness coming out of the food on every single ingredient. I mention to one of my servers, Dennis that we were here from Palm Beach Florida and he took the time to make a little list for me to places to visit and sightseeing, I thought this was very sweet and kind. If we are back in Denver, we will definitely be coming back to this here.

Everything was so perfect. We had the seafood ravioli and the chicken rigatoni. They were both sooo good. Mark was our bartender and server, he was the best! He knew so much about the menu and the drinks so it definitely made for a good first time. Can’t wait to come back!

Delightful little neighborhood restaurant with great food at reasonable prices. They had decently sized portions, a fantastic basil gimlet, and very friendly staff. I foresee this being my local Italian spot from here on out.

I think they were looking at me funny because I think I was licking the plate. The best Italian food I’ve had since way back when. Be sure to get an order of that yummy bread then get you a little olive oil and vinegar with the crushed garlic and Parmesan for dipping. We sat at the bar and was served by Daniel, the Bartender. I have to note that the server/bus was on point with getting the plates out and bringing em back in and refilling waters and drinks. The atmosphere was laid back, casual, and a happening place.

Is it Michelin star worthy? Heck no. Is it the newest, trendiest restaurant in town? Definitely not.

I can't say enough about this place. Everything we ordered was on point! The ambience was cool and the patrons were respectful. The owner was there and spoke to us briefly. He was super nice and attentive. I didn't expect such an awesome experience from a relatively nondescript location. I definitely recommend it.

Warm and cozy atmosphere. Frequently busy, but the attentive staff never cease to provide wonderful service. We enjoyed some fresh bread while we waited for our food and watched as our meal is prepared right next to the dining area. Excellent food and wine selection, you will not be disappointed.

Bustling, crowded, cheerful, noisy, rambunctious - the Cherry Tomato in Park Hill may be an archetypal Italian restaurant. It’s how I have always imagined a classic Italian restaurant.
The food is (ready for more adjectives?) generous, plentiful, colorful, hot, tasty, delightful. The surroundings are attractive, the seats and tables are comfortable, there’s fun, eye-catching artwork. Gleaming lights dance upon the bottles and glasses behind the bar, and glow along the brick walls. These lights flicker and flow from the fires of the open kitchen to one side of the dining room. The menu is varied, the recipes quite satisfying. I attended with a large party (eight people) on a recent Friday night, and even though we each ordered a different dish, we were all very happy with our meals.
I had the tri-colored tortellini, filled with cheese, covered in white wine cream sauce. Local food critics from Westword to 5280 magazine to The Denver Post all agree that the best dish is the Pasta Felese: farfalle (bowtie pasta), chicken, artichoke hearts, peas, and sun-dried tomatoes in the white sauce.
I recommend this restaurant for celebrations, as every feature seems to support a celebratory attitude. Which is how I imagine it... when I imagine the archetypal Italian restaurants.

We've been looking for a decent Italian restaurant in Denver and found an outstanding one in The Cherry Tomato. From its friendly service to the delicious food, this restaurant doesn't disappoint. I highly recommend the uniquely prepared calamari appetizer and the Fruitte di Mare for the entree. ****

Food was amazing, but it took 45 minutes to even order our drinks, another 20 minutes to order our food. Our waiter was an older gentleman, and bless his heart, he was doing his best(don’t worry, we still gave a generous tip).

This was my first time here and I came with a party that kept growing in number. The staff was extremely accommodating. The service throughout was superb. While our server knew some of our party from past visits, he was attentive to all.
The food was outstanding! I had eggplant Parmesan and caprese salad. Delicious! And the cheesecake - so good!

Had dinner at my favorite little neighborhood place tonight. However, saw something that was disturbing. The young man working as a sous chef, was chatting with the hostess, and picking food out of his teeth, and running his hand through his hair. This is a total health violation.
I mentioned it to the waitress, she did speak to the kid, but still, it was unsettling. To their credit, the main course was very good.
I'm hoping they keep an eye on this kid.
