A friend and I searched for "nearby organic" restaurant and found this restaurant had some great reviews. After tasting the food here we were extremely happy we dined here. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was spectacular. The chef definitely knows how to combine flavors and textures for a amazing food experience. I shared some photos as well and HIGHLY recommend this place if you enjoy the best tasting food your money can buy. Only downfall was the outdoor patio is closed in the evening due to neighborhood restrictions.

Easily the best food in the area. Delicious, healthy, well prepped, genuine staff. We made it a point to visit twice on our 5 day trip to CO!

First official day of dining out and i definitely made the right choice. I wanted a spot with really good food, uses local resources and intimate. Large crowd and possibly an indoor type of dining is not my cup of tea right now. They made us feel safe. We were the first customer for the day. From Alex our waiter checking us in to Tim the owner. We were catered to and I did miss the good food but the interaction with the a staff where you can immediately give them a feedback on what you like about their dishes- that's almost above all; the human element. Especially when you share a common ground. Love of food. *Must know. At all times while dining if we weren't six feet apart we were given suggestions to wear our mask. Their menu is still an abbreviated version of their original but it gives you great options to choose from: tvegetable paella $18, roasted rack of lamb $29, tuscan chicken fettuccine $21, gourmet fried rice $15, specialty burger $18, maple mustard seared ahi tuna. (see photo of menu) We shared perhaps one of the best Poke Nachos. This is not your regular kind. This thing deserves a standing ovation! I mean wow! The nachos ( wonton chips) are thin and crispy but powerful enough to do the heavy lifting of these fresh, fat and so tasty yellow fin ahi tuna. I am such a big fan! Easily shared by two. $15. ( see menu for more ) I had the Rack of Lamb and company had their Specialty Burger for our entry. Both entrees are amazing. The rack of lamb is a joy to eat and cooked medium rare which is perfect. And so tender. Now this dish is surrounded by robust-looking veggies. No skinny asparagus, roasted carrots, roasted radishes. I was impressed with these veggies. Hefty. The perfectly cooked and seasoned risotto was the mound where the ingredients lean on or top off. It's below all these superstar ingredients but nevertheless a star! The Specialty Burger. Omg! It's thick and juicy and so tasty that it almost made me regret my choice. But it's messy. Messy is good in this case. If you stare at this burger too long trying to think how you will have to unhinge your jaw again after a few months of none practice... This burger will eat you. Just open and bite! We skipped soup and salad but I'm eyeing their salad with the beets. Cocktails: I had the Paloma $12. I wanted to have this since when I first came here this was the drink I had. It's under their classic cocktail. It's tequila based cocktail. Company had Boots of Spanish Leather. $15 it's a martini with grand marnier. I made a reservation at Open Table. Overall a great first sit down dinner. I received a call explaining they're not ready to serve on their patio even they have the space. Waiting for the city's approval! Hurry up!

If you haven't eaten here, you are seriously missing out. This is one of the only places in Denver that produces high quality, perfectly cooked dishes consistently. From appetizers to desserts the execution has been flawless every time. High quality ingredients that are masterfully crafted into wonderful dishes. We have tried several things on the menu and enjoyed every single one. Not once have we had a meal here that was just "okay" or "pretty good". I can say with utmost certainty that every single time we get a phenomenal meal that always amazes! The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable which certainly adds to the overall experience. This place looks deceivingly empty, and the first time we came here we had doubts that it will live up to it's reviews. But from the moment we sat down and tried the appetizers, we we're hooked! If you're looking for a great place that never dissapoints, holds food quality and taste to extremely high standards, then Fooducopia is for you.

Loved the whole experience, the food definitely tasted organic and fresh. The flavors blended well. The service was amazing, very attentive staff members. I had the rack of lamb and it was properly prepared as well as the organic steak tar tar. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to many friends and family.

Ingredients are so fresh and the attention to detail in everything being served was obvious. Definitely my new favorite brunch spot and can't wait to come back for dinner and to try all the new menu items! We had the Chocolove French toast, the chorizo eggs benedict and the chicken salad sandwich, which is the best chicken salad I've ever had! The bread being made local and delivered fresh made all the difference in the world, too! So much local food, I promise you you won't know what to order first! Very rare is it that I give any place a 5-star rating but I was rightfully impressed!

Great spot for brunch. Awesome decor inside the cafe and really great food all around. We had the wash park scramble and the square plate (don’t remember if that’s the name), both were top notch. The neighborhood was also nice to have a stroll around with close proximity to Washington Park. I highly recommend this cafe.

Wowzas! Found this little gem while walking my dog and was amazed by everything. Super friendly service, cute and shaded outdoor seating and great great food. Got an iced coffee with coconut milk and avocado toast (like the millennial I am). This was way too much food for even a pregnant lady like me to handle. Two mongo pieces of artisan toast piled with 2 of the largest eggs I’ve ever eaten, what felt like a whole avocado and all the bacon in all the land 🤤🤤🤤I would recommend sharing this with one other very hungry human and maybe a pooch to help with the bacon overload. I’m big on giving 3/4 star reviews if the food is good but not great... Easiest 5 stars I’ve given!

Best. Oatmeal. Ever. From the customer service to the quality of the food, this place is absolutely amazing. I've tried to re-create this oatmeal at home using the same exact ingredients but it just doesn't have the same kick as Fooducopia's. From what I understand, all their ingredients are locally sourced, which is probably why everything tastes so wonderful. Definitely a hidden gem and I'd definitely recommend trying it ASAP. 5 Star Experience!
