Shells and Sauce is amazing! The staff/service is always super courteous, prompt and friendly. My boyfriend and I always get one of the specials and they have never disappointed! Highly recommend checking out their happy hour, too!
Service was spot on and their brunch had some of the best food I’ve ever tasted! Next time we visit Denver we will be back for the crab cake Benedict and chicken and waffles 😋
I really liked this restaurant downtown, but parking can be a challenge.
My bartender Hosea was awesome. He was very attention to detail and made sure my gluten allergy was no problem here.
I got the fettuccine Alfredo with mushrooms and grilled chicken. Delicious !
The chocolate flourless cake was the topping for the night. Loved it!
The place is small with limited seating, but it's definitely worth checking out.

We had James and Celia(?) as our wait staff and the whole 2nd floor to ourselves! They did such an amazing job explaining what menu items were, wifi questions, and knowledgeable about the local area.. and they have the greatest kids dish appearance I HAVE EVER seen. it's in the cutest neighborhood and 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone of all ages!
A cozy little hidden Italian gem! Great selection of well crafted Italian dishes. It’s loud and you feel like it is a happening. The service was swift and the food hot. I loved the HUMONGOUS sized Chicken Parmigiana and my wife had the Carbonara. Skip the salad and save room for dessert. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great Italian meal.
1st visit - Weekend afternoon.
Seated immediately but, place was relatively occupied considering it was right after opening time.
Customers continued to come in, so, I definitely recommend making a reservation.
Very welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
Aside from the reg menu, they also have daily specials.

House Lasagna
Honey Garlic Chicken Wings (1 of the day's special)
Stuffed Shell Duo was great.
2 types of sauces and filling that eating it was getting a great bite every time as versus having to eat that portion serving with just 1 type of sauce and filling.
One sweet and one savory.
The lasagna was a winner as well. Very big portion that it could be shared.
The chicken was just ok. (Sorry...)
Great service, however, our order took a little while, but, could be because we came during Happy Hour but ordered main entrees from the reg menu.
Still, we highly recommend this spot and we will be back.
A lovely spot for a work dinner. I came with a group of about 12, and while service wasn’t lightning fast, the server was sweet and attentive. I got two dishes that were a little on the small side but great together. Both were saucy and delicious. I enjoyed the white wine and found myself jealous of the cocktails too. 🍸
Excellent food and friendly service! We ordered several dishes and thoroughly enjoyed each dish. Service was helpful and very quick. Great neighborhood gem with cozy atmosphere.
Had high expectations of this spot and unfortunately the food was kind of bland. We loved the service here but the food lacked salt. I had the special which was a pesto biased pasta dish with shrimp and chicken. The meat had great flavor but the pasta tasted like nothing. I’d come back and try again in case they were having a bad day because it wasn’t that bad. The wings were tasty.
The service was excellent, The staff was very nice, and the place was very well put together and awesome to eat me atmosphere that I was in. I would surely enjoy eating here again. When you do please try the meatball and sausage ravioli.

The food here is delicious. My boyfriend really enjoys the bread and the sauce. Let it comes with. The atmosphere is very nice and our server was very attentive. Parking was not bad but I can see it being hard to find parking later in the day. Generally you need a reservation.
