Really delicious food here... I loveeee spicy and the salsa actually got some kick! Great shredded beef burrito and tamale... The green Chile got great flavor!
I just enjoyed their great margaritas and chips with salsa. The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is congenial. The people that were eating seemed very satisfied and the next time I’m in the area I will eat there and not just enjoy the excellent margaritas.
Definitely highly recommend D'Corazon. We had two dishes: the enchiladas plate and the carnitas. Both were full of flavor and maybe the best Mexican food we've had. We also had a house margarita and a Paloma. There is a reason they put a limit some of their drinks :) We got the opportunity to meet the owner, Eddie, who was very helpful, enthusiastic and happy to have us have lunch at his restaurant.
The best Mexican food I’ve had in Colorado! Authentic, spicy, delicious and all of us couldn’t help but clear our plates. A must go! The ONLY downside to this place is it’s loud but that’s because so many people are enjoying there time, food, service and atmosphere. When the website says be prepared to make this a regular stop they were not lying, this is my new favorite stop!
Probably the best chips and salsa I've ever had.
The fajita burrito was phenomenal, and the owner was kind.
This was my first trip to Denver, and will definitely return, if only for the food!
We celebrated our last vacation night from Miami with a bang! 😃 We were in the mood for Mexican food and we came across this fabulous gem, walking distance from our hotel. D’Corazon Mexican Restaurant is a family owned restaurant, I would describe as “a hole in a wall” kinda place, serving authentic Mexican food. Owner is very friendly, down to earth and very welcoming just a genuinely nice person. He suggested some of the family favorite dishes. 😍 These people have great culture and values, and we appreciate them for their hard working efforts and dedication. 😃
We shared the Guacamole Dip for our appetizer, it was very fresh and delicious! My fiancé had the Enchilada Ground Beef Plate, and I had the Taco Ground Beef Plate for main entrees…and of course Margaritas! You can’t enjoy Mexican food without a refreshing Margarita! 😃
Gisela, our server is very helpful with a smile on her face. She checked on us several times making sure we had everything we needed. Her service is on point superb!
The entire staff is friendly, even on a very busy Saturday night. I want to personally thank the owner for making my birthday feel special! 🥳
Overall great Margaritas, food, and ambiance. This is by far the best food we ate in Denver hands down! Highly recommend!! 👍
The food was great. Most meals are about 15 bucks. Parking was kind of hard but worth it.
Some of the best food I’ve ever had! The Chile Rellenos are the best in the city, with tons of Chile’s in them! The service was really quick with no wait time as a solo diner since you can dine at the bar. The chips and salsa were defiantly a highlight, a bit spicy but TONS of flavor all throughout the salsa. I ended up getting an Amigos Tequila shot as well; a little pricy at $8 but it is very smooth and a high quality brand for sure. Server was very friendly and fast, in and out in under 30 minutes. With how busy they always are that was very surprising and made me not worry about getting back to work on time. Hopefully this restaurant is able to expand eventually so they can serve even more patrons! 10/10 a must go if you enjoy amazing Mexican food!
I really liked the chips and salsa that came with the table. Plenty of chips and the salsa was delicious with nice bit of spice to it. I ended up ordering the quesadilla with steak and it was excellent. Incredibly tender steak and was great with all the other toppings that came with it. The service here was attentive and friendly and the place was clean
On a recent trip to Denver, while walking through downtown with friends, we ran into a lovely stranger that highly recommended this spot. And man oh man, was she right. D’Corazon is an absolute gem. Eddie (owner) was so friendly and hospitable and quickly got us a table. He even brought us some of their delicious queso to try. We also had the primo margarita, chips+salsa and we all tried different “gran combos.” I had #7 (chicken flauta, crispy relleno, beef enchilada with rice+beans). Everything was amazing. The food is authentic and delicious. The inside of the restaurant feels homey. And the price is unbelievably affordable for the amount and quality of food/drink. Will definitely be back. Thanks Eddie!
