Ellyngton's - Denver - Photo album

My friend and I had a delightful breakfast at Ellyngton’s at The Brown Palace this morning. We were scheduled for the final seating at 10:30 and at no time did the staff make us feel rushed at all. To the contrary, we were told to relax and enjoy even though they were setting up for dinner. My frien
Loved my experience at this restaurant. We went for a Sunday brunch after our anniversary, and it was great. Fun selection on the brunch menu. The menu is not too much but just enough to keep it creative. And the bottomless mimosas dinner hurt either. We ordered three entrees. One was a prime rib ha
The restaurant interiors are simply unbelievable and so is the entry through the hotel lobby. The food was pretty good as well and the customer service was amazing. The price was also very decent for such a high end restaurant. My favorite food was the soup 😋
Hands down one of the best brunch experiences. Had the crab omelette and it was literally the best omelette I’ve ever had. Love that they offer tiered bottomless champagne options. The piano player elevated the atmosphere. I would definitely come here again.
Love this restaurant for breakfast and brunch. Our server Keith gave us excellent service and good menu recommendations. My husband got the steak and eggs which was great. I had the prime rib hash - the meat was cooked to perfection. Serving size is larger than I expected. I love the decor of The Br
A wonderful experience to share with friends and family. The eggs benedict are so far the best I've had in Denver and knowing your drinking water that comes from a natural artesian well under the Brown Palace makes it a Colorado experience of its own. Ellyngton's use to be called the San Marcos Room
Great food with obvious attention to detail when picking out their ingredients and recipes. Excellent gluten free and keto options. See photos. Waiters were very nice and professional.
Brunch was delicious and service amazing. Ellyngtons is being redone so we were in a temporary space which is reason for lower atmosphere score. Still wonderful!
What an incredible experience! This hotel/building is so stunning. I'm sad we didn't get to dessert, because the food was so yummy I kinda stuffed my face! Very simple ingredients. Great drinks. Server was a little busy but to be expected. I suggest the bottomless mimosas for brunch. I will be back
We dined at Ellyngton's for breakfast during our stay at the Brown Palace Hotel a few weekends ago. The food was delicious (I recommend trying their corned beef hash) and the service was exceptional. The staff are very kind, friendly, and attentive. I would definitely dine with them again. Thank you
The staff is absolutely amazing, specially Michael, Daniel, and Sammy. They took such good care of us. They were the only ones in the hotel who didn’t look at us sideways over the two nights/three days we were there. The food was delicious and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the quiet (hard to
Grabbed breakfast here on a Saturday morning, and it was lovely. A great coffee with a delicious omelette!
I don’t understand why people have bad things to say about Ellyngtons. I been here over 25 times and I never had an issue during Sunday brunch. People say it’s “overpriced” but you have to factor in the service you are receiving, the historic upkeeping of the decor of the place, and the attention to
Absolutely fantastic. We went for breakfast before check-out. The food was beyond expectation, especially since we went with the buffet because the menu is oddly lacking in options. Even with the buffet you can order as many pancakes, omelettes, and eggs Benedict as you desire. The last of whic
