This place has been in my list for sometime! I hosted a supper club here for eight women and we left stuffed! They formulated a menu for us in advance of options to choose from. They accommodate my dairy allergy. The service was incredible. They offered us a private dining space complete with a private restroom within the dining space. I was a little bummed in the flavor profile in my pasta and dessert selection. The eggplant was the flavor prior highlight for me. The drinks were lovely, wine selection was incredible! Space is stunning! Parking is limited. Thank you RO!

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and service of Restaurant Olivia! The staff is absolutely fantastic! They were great at accommodating my dietary needs. The gluten-free dairy free focaccia was such a lovely treat! I personally did not love the gluten-free pasta, I wish I would have gone with a different dish.

This was hands down the very best meal and experience I have had at a restaurant. I love to watch and learn from others and I can say every person in the restaurant loved what they did and it showed! You felt like a friend from the door and it just kept getting better. I had the best eggplant dish I have ever had and normally would not have considered it, but my hostess was gracious and thorough in her description and it peaked my interest. My only disappointment was in my inability to finish such amazing cuisine! I was traveling through on business but will definitely be back when possible!

The best bread and sauce I had (Whipped Ricotta). The venison was a little tough but delicious. The French onion Ravioli was very unique liked it alot. Tagliatelle was very good. Portion sizes are rather small for entrees and with the bread and 3 entrees our bill came out to around $170. The service here was phenomenal. Water always full and they actively assisted in splitting our meals since we shared everything - separate bowls for the ravioli and then separate plates given while the other dishes were served in the middle.

Hands down one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to in Denver! Had to plan well in advance to get a reservation but it was completely worth it. The focaccia was delicious. The eggplant Parmesan is a must get! The banana pudding tiramisu was soft and light but pleasing! Would definitely come back again! Can’t go wrong with pairing with a Chianti

We have ordered from Olivia's in the past. They are a great spot and we have really enjoyed their lasagna dinner for four. I ordered from them a little early so that I could pick up when there wouldn't be too much traffic. They are located on the corner of Downing and Alameda and it can get very busy there. I ordered from their website, which redirects to a third party- Toast Tab. I received a confirmation text for the order and another one saying that my pick up would be ready at 3:12. To be honest, I was surprised that I was able to place an order since the restaurant was technically closed during this time between lunch and dinner. I headed over there and arrived at about 3:23. Perhaps you are not supposed to go into the restaurant, the text said to let them know when you are curbside and they will bring your food out, but I found a parking spot so I headed in. They were busy prepping for the night. My order was not ready. It seemed that the register got the order but the kitchen did not. I waited for about 20 minutes as they cooked the eggplant parmesan ($30) and assembled the salad ($14). The Focaccia ($5) and the Jar of Bolognese ($26), I imagine, were prepared ahead for the night. I was a little disappointed that though the hostess thanked me for my patience in the end, they did not apologize for not having the order ready. When I asked what had happened she said they remodeled recently and that may have been the issue. And then made a comment how the food will be nice and hot and fresh, since they were making it while I sat there. I was getting it early to eat later so that wasn't really helpful. She offered me a seat but surprisingly did not offer me a glass of water. Although the pick up was a little bumpy. I appreciated their photocopied note made to look handwritten. The Bolognese was delicious and is a good deal as it can easily be used for a whole pound of pasta and feed a family of four. The Eggplant Parm was good (a little dry, but maybe that was because it was take out ) and they packed the sauce separately which helped it not get overly mushy. It seemed a little overpriced for 3 small pieces of eggplant . The focaccia was delicious. Overall I would recommend Olivia's. Very solid food, most items were reasonably priced.I hope that communication between Toast Tab and their restaurant improves and that they would have been a taken a little responsibility for the mishap. I know they recently got a Michelin recommendation and am sure they were busy getting ready for a packed Friday night.

Wow! I had high expectations and it blew them all out of the water. The eggplant Parmesan might be the best Italian dish in all of Denver. All of the other pastas were amazing. And the focaccia is so yummy. We also took home the take and bake chocolate cookies. We will be back soon!

We had an incredible meal at Restaurant Olivia! We dined here while on vacation in Denver from Boston. We dine out often back at home and this was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Every single thing was wonderful. Truly. From the cocktails, to the housemade bread, to the appetizers and finally the entree and pasta. Service was great and very detail oriented. We started with cocktails. I had the ‘Bee’s Sneeze’ and my fiancé had the ‘Black Manhattan’. Both were perfect. After cocktails, we enjoyed two appetizers, the arancini and polpette. Both were delicious. The arancini had a nice, unique kick to it. For our ‘main’ meal, we split the eggplant parmesan and tagliatelle. We both agree the eggplant parmesan was the best we’ve ever had…ever. It was THAT good. The spaghetti squash made it. The tagliatelle with bolognese was great too. 10/10 meal and experience. Wish we could relive the outstanding food, but we live so far away. So so good! Highly recommend for a wonderful and delicious dinning experience. THANK YOU!

Food was amazing - every pasta dish melted in your mouth. French onion ravioli was a must. Grilled asparagus was a great way to start the meal. I’d go back in a heart beat to try everything else

Lovely date night spot. Restaurant is cozy, but I'd say 95% of all the tables were so well situated you don't feel like half your party was cramped or have to sit next to the front door, or with their back to a walkway. The staff were all friendly and attentive without being overbearing or pesky. Our waters were always full and the courses came out with plenty of time between so we could linger over each course, take our time, and actually ENJOY the experience without being rushed through dinner. I love having options and their menu did not disappoint! Although we didn't end up ordering the tasting menu, I liked that none of the items featured there were repeats of what was offered on the standard menu (we plan to come back to try this next!). Even better, the kitchen prepared "appetizer" portions of all the pasta dishes we ordered so we could try a variety of different things and not waste anything (we ordered two starters, an appetizer portion of the eggplant parmesan, three pasta dishes and dessert to share). Despite ordering the smaller portions, I was delighted to see that there was still plenty of each dish for two people to share and enjoy, and we were more than satisfied when we finished our meal! (Tip: if you can make it there in time, the seasonal stuffed squash blossom appetizer was incredible!) Reservations are a must as I made mine over a month in advance and could still only get a table at 8PM on a Wednesday night! But the quality, menu, atmosphere and overall experience were all well worth it!
