Solid all around the board for the place. Fair pricing for great food, but not a deal by any means. Portions are meant to instigate a app + entre pair. All food was very good and unique, but definitely different - well worth a try in my opinion.
Food is a Italian and Indian combo in the most simple terms. Really tough to make this combo work, but I think the chef did a good job.
What really stood out here to me were the drinks! I had4 different drinks total and they were all really awesome. Since the food is so expensive and didn't completely blow my socks off and isn't really a bargain, I'd come back for the drinks only if I wanted to do a fancy cocktail night.
Oh, and we got some free Lemocello as a "desert.". Was super tasty and appreciated!

Me and and my buddy came here because he had been here before and was in love with the lasagna! We came from Colorado Springs, CO. The place was packed on a Wednesday night so we had to eat at the bar. Our waiter/bartender was Victor, and he was awesome! My friend has been in hospitality in the past and I am still in the hospitality/restaurant profession, as a server. Our server, the food quality, the atmosphere were all top notch! It's a small place, the menu is limited and somewhat pricey, but it's all worth it!

I am very particular in hospitality, was in the business as a bartenderfor 14 years, and trust my review. Greeting was great at the door, and Ari made us feel at ease as we sat down. I just had my car totaled earlier in the day on my birthday, so I needed it. We loved Ari so much that we were very sad to see her go, but the rest of the experience was still fantastic. Seamless transition to our server, Janine. We had the insalada and aranchini for appetizers, and they were fantastic. If you love gorgonzola like I do, get the salad. They had one more lasagna but I didn't get it. But, they took care of me as they read the sadness on my face. Possibly, they recognized my love of lasagna and knew I would come back, but I am a good poker player and thought I hid it (but they were spot on, and I have never played poker for a serving of lasagna). My wife got the tagliatelle and I got the Indian/Curry/Italian dish (capelinni aglio with egg) and we were both very happy. My wife and I actually battled over hers, but just know the tagliatelle was very green. The Costi Di Moro red wine was a lovely wine for your meal. I will be back for the lasagna without a doubt. This is a 6 out of 5, I hope you get Ari or Janine as your server, and know this was a decision I will never regret for any occasion. If you get Janine as the server, just say "get me whatever you recommend. Thanks." Definitely recommend and see you there!

My friend and I were in Denver on vacation and stopped here on our last night! The service was fantastic-everyone was so kind and took such good care of us while we were there! Everything about this dinner was amazing! John was our server, super knowledgeable and friendly. Everything we ate was delicious. The salad seemed a little lacking but I think that’s just because everything else we got was soooo flavorful and unique! Our favorite was the chefs seasonal vegetable board selection. AMAZING! We will be back again soon!

A-a-amazing! Order the whole menu, everything is *chef’s kiss*
Warm olives: who knew olives that are warm are so wonderful
Verdure: seasonal vegetable spread, the flavors are good, some vegetables were pickled so that really opens up your palate.
Alce crudo: amazing, it’s a elk tartare. Don’t worry it’s not gamey.
Crab and potato cakes: the potato cake had a very interesting crispy but chewy texture, love it
Agnello: the lamb melts off the bone, so tender! So flavorful
Daily pasta special: greattttt!

A great restaurant with an idea. Classic Italian cuisine, where care is taken to ensure the quality of ingredients and ensure that the pasta is al dente, but you may also encounter a surprise here. The chef dear introduces Indian flavors. this combination creates the perfect place for an evening full of positive surprises. as I wrote earlier - the pasta was cooked perfectly. We tried the pasta of the day (carbonara) and Capellini Aglio e Olio - this is a dish with a very distinct taste, maybe not everyone will like it due to the presence of curry, but it is worth trying because it is something new. As for the main courses - the lamb was so soft that you didn't have to bite it. It melted in your mouth. Also among the classic dessert proposals you can find the influence of Indian flavors - I recommend panna cotta. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. You can sit at the bar, talk to the staff and watch the chefs prepare your dishes. If I return to Denver, I will definitely visit Spuntino again.
