Maria Empanada - South Broadway

Maria's Empanadas is a gem! I'm hooked on their Caprese and Spinach empanadas—each bite is a burst of flavor. The variety is impressive, and I've yet to find one I don't enjoy. Perfect for a quick grab-and-go, these warm delights make for a satisfying meal. The restaurant's open and bright atmosphere, coupled with indoor and outdoor seating, creates a welcoming vibe. With mountain views to complement the experience, the staff adds the finishing touch with their friendly service. Maria's Empanadas is a must-try for empanada enthusiasts.

I'm so glad I found this cafe!! I have never had empanadas and espanolas as good as I did today! I will forever crave them, and I'm in Texas!! The corn, spinach, egg salsa and potato were so good!!! The cherry grape blueberry drink was delightful. The little pear in marsala was good too! Very clean place and super nice staff!

Food was amazing. A great place for a light snack and a coffee. I ordered the beef and chicken empanadas. The beef had more flavor but both were good and would get it a again. I would not recommend crème brûlée. The texture was a little gritty and did not have the crisp top. Overall, I was very happy with this place and would return.

Upon entering you'll see how cute this place is (I believe it recently got remodeled) you'll also be greeted my the sweetest, nicest ladies who will make your every empanada dreams come true. Try the beef and the chicken. I tried the spinach also but was my least favorite of the three. We also had the chocolate cake for dessert. Worth it if you want to indulge a little!

Stopped by here on a Saturday around 3:00 pm. Not much rush and was able to place the order quickly. Very friendly staff and the interiors were vell maintained and clean. Coming to the food the Argentina empanada was fresh and tasty with lot of flavors. Would definitely recommend checking out this place!
