Italian specialty pizza place where you can sit down and order. Huge selection of wines Pizzas are personal size and they have plenty of sandwiches and salads to try as well. Everything is made from scratch, service is good, ambiance isn't too casual or too fancy. The muscles, meatballs, and market board all got great reviews. Duck and fig pizza had too much arugula, but was tasty underneath that. Salmon and swordfish were both fantastic, fish was well cooked and doesn't appear to have been frozen. Great texture and flavor. Also really enjoyed the Cheesecake with pistachio crust. Review from 2015

Edit/Update: Dined here again just over a week ago, and the service we received was so much better! We were a few minutes late arriving and told the host and our waiter that we had a slight limited timeframe due to a show we were seeing that evening. They rushed our order in and we were able to have plenty of time to enjoy our meal before having to leave! This time we enjoyed the Bufala Caprese along with The Republica Meatball as appetizers and again enjoyed the Georgia Pizza, it was that good from the first time, we just had to have it again. Adding a ⭐!! Original Review: Moving to Denver during the COVID pandemic, and hearing great reviews from our friends and neighbors about this place, we decided to check it out. We dined at Pizza Republica on April 17th, a couple of weeks after their reopening at the end of March. Overall, our experience was good, but there seems to be room for growth in both the preparation of food and the service experience. I understand the current hours of operation are limited, as they continue to "Staff Up" to pre-pandemic hours and service levels. We started off by ordering the Bruschetta off the Antipasti portion of the menu. Overall, I would give this appetizer a 2 of 5. The tomatoes used were fresh and provided a nice flavor. However, the bread was under-toasted and on the more soggy side. We continued our meal with the Arugula & Pear Salad. This salad, again, left us wishing it had been better. The D'Anjou pears were fresh and juicy, but, the rest of the salad was bland and dry. The one we were served lacked the amount of goat cheese and pistachios pictured in most of the photos posted here. Lastly, we concluded our meal with the Georgia Pizza, and I'll just say - this saved the entire meal! The fried pearl onions, along with the fried garlic gave this pizza an amazing flavor, plus it was topped by some of the best tasting fresh mozzarella, I have had, in maybe my entire life! Service: Wasn't awful, but also wasn't great. Hoping this will improve as they continue to hire and staffing levels increase. (See updated review above.) Overall we enjoyed Pizza Republica - Downtown Denver, and look forward to checking out additional menu items on our next visit.

Really enjoyed every bite! Meat was made from the freshest ingredients. Crust was handmade and just enough to enjoy every slice without feeling stuffed. Thank you Jesus for another delicious meal.

Solid spot! We came here after leaving a place across the street. I got some pesto style gnocchi and it was good. Was it the best I've had, no...but I still ate it all! The drinks were fairly priced and they were tasty. Our waiter/bartender was awesome. The guy with tattoos and black hair. I don't recall his name but he was fantastic. The single meatball my husband got was very tasty and the pasta dish our friend got was also very good. We didn't have reservations but they seated us quickly and service was spectacular. I wish we were all hungrier because so much on the menu looks fantastic! We stopped here before going to a show at the Ellie Caulkins Opera house so we were in a bit of a rush. Highly recommend. Affordable, premium flavors and friendly staff!

My girlfriend and I decided to try this place last weekend and we’re glad we did. The artichoke dip was stupid good.. Had the pancetta pizza, which was awesome - but the cannoli’s stole the show. Definitely going here next time we’re in Denver.

Amazing stone oven pizzas and the location was attached to the Colorado convention center so I saved money buying local instead of from the convention center! I placed an order to go but the atmosphere was so pretty I would definitely recommend checking out the menu and going for a date night

Might be the best quality pizza I've had in some time. Great ingredients. The "best in the world" meatball appetizer was pretty good as well. Only thing I would doc for is that I ordered an ice tea and never got one. A customer a couple seats down from me ordered a beer and never got one either.

Quiet and elegant pizza restaurant. Had the gnocci and caprese salad, both were delicious!

Really solid pizza, with lots of choices and flavors. One of us had the grilled salmon salad and loved it. Another had a shrimp pasta dish and really enjoyed it, too. My Georgio pizza was a white pizza and I loved the fennel sausage on it. Pizzas are $20-$26 and could be for 2 people if they're not super hungry. Full wine and drink menu. Our server was attentive and checked in just enough to let us be, but also know if we needed anything. Food here is reliably good every time we've eaten at either location.

While on a business trip my coworker and I decided on Pizza Republica at 5375 Landmark Pl Greenwood Village. We decided on a build your own pizza and added the Calabrese Peppers. Whoa! These are spicy which is an understatement. But, I loved them and on the hunt for them in my area. also loved the fire oven crust. If I'm ever in Denver again this will be one of my stops.
