Went here for the first time last week and we were pleasantly surprised.
I have a nut allergy and our waitress was very professional and trained very well how to handle food allergies. All of the food that came out was labeled with an allergy stick, so I was 100% sure they knew and treated it with care to not have cross contamination.
The food was also delicious and reasonably priced for the level of food and service. I spent $100 including tip for two people and would have no problems going back again.
Great atmosphere! Great history behind the place. They have a nice rooftop area decorated for Christmas. Will definitely be back! Would recommend devils on horseback! Also sit in the bar area it has a light brite bar top!
We had an incredible dining experience at Linger! The food was delicious, thanks to the culinary team's impeccable execution. The menu was not only thoughtful but also brought an element of fun to the meal. The restaurant had a great vibe and ambiance, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
It’s a nice restaurant with a nice vibe. The decor is unique and there is a rooftop bar that has an old RV that serves cocktails. The food was great. The only down side was the service was horrible. We were there for over 20 mins before we got our drinks and an hour to get food. Items were forgotten or wrong. The waitress came off as hostile when we asked for missing items. We were there on a Sunday the place was not busy so this made no sense. We missed out on going up to the bar upstairs because our meal took so long to arrive. Too expensive for this level of service!
Went to Linger on a date with my girlfriend and we both had an incredible time! The food was amazing and prepared well, the wagyu sliders are to die for. We both loved the ambience of the entire restaurant and how nice the staff was. Will be coming back when I visit Denver again in the future. Highly recommend, amazing place for a date night.
4.5/5 ⭐️⭐️. Great place for brunch in Denver - very unique Asian inspired menu but still have your traditional brunch items. Service is great and the drinks were good too. Would recommend the espresso martini and the bottomless mimosa (value for money). Other drinks looked good too but the Espresso Martini is by far the popular drink for a reason.
They have a kids menu which is also vegan friendly and comes with an entree, side and fruits, edamame and fruits.
We had the chicken Bao - I do recommend it but the trio also looks good.
The chicken and waffles were good and is served with this sweet sauce that reminds you of boba tea. The shrimp and grits were good too - it’s a green Thai curry based grits with 2 skewered shrimps (whole) - comes with pork belly but you can substitute the meat if needed. Only issue here was that the poached egg was over cooked.
Such a different theme. A restaurant in a former mortuary. Who would have thought?!
Everyone in our group of 7 liked their dish. 3 ordered the same thing- the pork burrito. Several drinks spread among the group, too. All were amazed at the potato crust around one dish.
I chose the shrimp & grits which was just lovely. Lots of flavors mixed for a total taste treat.
Plenty of seating inside and out. Roof top seating available.
A tad pricey for this small town girl but....YOLO! We split the bill 6 ways and owed $45 each. That included a nice tip. They automatically add a 3% gratuity to the bill.
Definitely a neat place to try with good food!
Restaurant in an old mortuary ⚰️ 👻 That’s definitely a reason to go see this place, but not the only reason! Great food. Great drinks. Great atmosphere.
Korean flair throughout the menu. I would highly recommend getting the bao buns. Absolutely 💯 amazing! Mimosas were delicious. 🥂 The steak & eggs plate was also incredibly unique and delicious 😋 All the servers and hostesses were dressed in gothic style clothes 🙌 Complimentary church pew fans with jokes printed on them.
Best part is the rooftop patio & restaurant sign 🤩 Unique. Full of history. Good meal.
In walking distance of local shopping! 🛍️
I was blown away.. and would like to keep this little secret to myself, but I feel like you all deserve to enjoy it too! If you have a special date and the weather is good, try to get some space on the rooftop. We happened to be there for the Harvest moon..

My recent brunch escapade at Linger was nothing short of delightful. I had the Impossible Sliders paired with hot honey waffle fries. I'm not even a vegetarian but they were deliciously satisfying and flavorful. Meanwhile, my friend absolutely loved the crispy and sweet/savory Chicken and Pandan Waffle.
But hey, let's not forget the real star of the show: the bottomless blood orange mimosas – a refreshing citrusy addition to our meal. Our server's attentiveness and the restaurant's lovely decor added to the overall enjoyment.
In summary, Linger offers a fantastic brunch experience with inventive dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a vegetarian or a fan of classic brunch fare, this restaurant has something for everyone. Don't miss out on their delightful mimosas, and be sure to soak in the pleasant ambiance. It's brunch done right! 🥂🍔🍗🌞
