I loved this hotdog place, great toppings. Especially recommend the rattlesnake and rabbit. All in all a smooth and great experience. The only confusing fact was we tried to order Elk Jalapeno cheddar dog and were told no caramelized onions, so we ordered the ostrich with desert sauce which gave us caramelized onions, very strange.

A pretty solid hot dog place. It's a bit pricey for what they're selling but that's life.
Got a stadium dog and a brat. Both were well cooked with great ingredients. The buns were a little bready for both of us but that's a preference.
The fries are like nothing I've had before and they're awesome. If you just went here for the fries you'd love it.
It's quick, it tastes good and it's worth a trip.
Biker Jim’s builds from the moment you walk in. There are eclectic meats to try in sausage form and they have recommendations for you on their menu. I went with the elk cheddar and classic toppings. Could have used a bit more cream cheese for my taste, but overall it was great with mustard. I would come back if I was craving a brat or something similar. Cool to show out of towners.
First time there. Great staff, friendly service. Food was amazing. I got the rattlesnake and rabbit sausage with the conspiracy theory toppings, on recommendation from the cashier, and she was right on the money. This is a can't miss dining spot for anyone who hasn't tried it. I will definitely be going back.
Ok, it is outrageous to pay more than $12 for a hot dog. But then I actually ate it, and would totally pay it again. I got the ostrich with the classic topping- cream cheese and onions. The ostrich was peppery and a little gamey. It tasted a little too similar to chicken or a regular hot dog to me. However, the topping took it to a whole other level. Loved the cream cheese and onions. Loved!
The fries were pretty standard- thick and hot, could have used more salt. If I was getting a side I would try something else next time.
The counter service was very nice and convenient, although they were out of a number of items.
Really tasty and really fun, and I would go again before every game.
Visited Bike Jim’s for the very first time during happy hour on a weekday. They have $3 PB on draft and $8.50 for the Classic Dog. I was helped by friendly staff and the order was served quicky. Coming to the dog, the classic one was very well cooked and tasty! Would definitely be back for trying other menu items.
Got the Rattle Snake and Rabbit Dawg with Diablo Toppings was super. Fries were crispy and beer ice cold. Chef delivered to our table and was great. I'll go back.
Delicious dogs with a great variety.
All of the hot dogs have different things in them and then you can top them with tons of stuff. Plenty of Boylan soda flavors which was nice.
The cauliflower tahini was delicious.
The food here is delicious. I have to say it's one of the best bratwurst you can eat in Denver. Especially with the conspiracy topping. My only issue is with the price and Google listing them as a cheap eat. A beer bratwurst with the conspiracy topping, A jalapeños cheddar bratwurst with the conspiracy topping, a beer, and drink. 47 dollars. No side!!!!!!! Love this spot but avoid it if you're on a budget
This spot conveys an extraordinary sausage feasting experience. For the vast majority the 2 sausages we requested, the flavor satisfied it's depiction! Adored the modified, heavenly garnish choices. Their administration was astounding. Most certainly be back soon.
