Oblio's has been a well known secret within Park Hill for years but over the past few years, it's become so good that the rest of Denver deserves to know about it. What sets Oblio's aside from other neighborhood pizza joints is the quality and care they put into their food, which is evident from the first bite. Their pizza is not drowning in sauce or grease and is always well balanced, cooked perfectly and made with excellent ingredients. Oblio's owners and chefs don't restrain themselves to just the old favorites (though their Pepperoni pizza is impossible to beat!) - they have lots of interesting and well-considered options like the new Caprese Pizza, which is both light and delicious. Their salads are also superb - I don't know how they do it, but their produce is ALWAYS fresh and ripe. I could write another entire review about Oblio's cocktails (delicious and generous with the liquor) and their wine list (very well chosen with some unique bottles), but I'll stop here. Just go try it out for yourself!

I am in town for a work trip and stopped in here today for lunch. First off, this place is in a really cute area and the vibes are so legit. This godfather pizza was divine! Such a nice little hidden gem. I was surprised to see it was empty considering it almost has a 5 star google rating and they 100% earned that eating. I give them 5 stars and will be back. The espresso martini was so good too! Give them a try, you won’t regret it

Hubby and I went there for dinner on our last night during a stay in Denver. Amazing pizza called the Godfather. Appetizer was Spinach and Artichoke dip. It had toasted baguette slices to dip. Chardonnay was a good compliment to the meal. Server was sweet and checked on us adequately. We felt welcomed and it was a quaint and romantic ambiance with string lights outside and some inside. We sat at a corner table away from the bar. Not too noisy at 1930 (7:30pm) when we arrived for dinner on a Monday night. Still good atmosphere when we left. In Park Hill district. Nice neighborhood. Parked along street.

We just moved to Denver a few months ago, and we have been searching high and low for our go-to pizza place. Being from Chicago, our standards are high. Well, after lousy pies (are they really allowed to call that pizza?!?), we have finally found our spot! Oblio’s was sooooo good! We ordered a side salad, calzone, and gluten free pizza. The salad was fresh and delicious. The calzone was literally dripping with ooey gooey cheese and the flavors were amazing. The gluten free crust was outstanding— perfectly crisp on the outside and chewy inside. There are so many different options that I know we will be back again to try as many as possible.

We absolutely loved all three pizzas we ordered. Exactly as described and tasted just as we hoped - amazing. I’m from Chicago and haven’t found that pizza spot in Denver that satisfies (although there are some good places), but this will be our spot. We ordered La Vita Bella, The Cody and The Luau. We also got the Caesar salad. All delicious and so well made. WOW. Thank you!

Working and from out of town. Chicago Native so pizza has to be done well. Picked up a pizza last night and I was delighted in my surprise at how good it was. Again Chicago Pizza Snob. So good job , keep it up. I loved the crisp of the edge and I asked for well done and it was perfect. Maybe a touch more sauce on there but that’s being really really really nit picky. Atmosphere inside seemed really nice when I picked up my pizza. Friendly staff

I'm a Colorado native and have been wanting to try Oblio's since the change in ownership. I haven't been in years. I ordered for pick up. When I got there, it was so busy. But, my order was ready at the guaranteed time. The people who work there are friendly and attentive. It did not disappoint. The pizza is delicious--really flavorful and fresh. My new favorite pizza. I'll be back to eat in person because it's so cute inside.

The gluten free crust is so good that I barely believe it’s gluten free! And much more reasonably priced than other places. The ingredients are fresh, and there are so many options for toppings. This is my new go-to for pizza night Pictured: Mambo Italiano (GF), BYO- 1/2 Pepperoni/Cheese, BYO(GF)- Bacon/Spinach/Ricotta/sun dried tomato

This place was probably the best pizza I've ever had. The bread sticks were so delicious and fluffy seasoned to perfection. Unfortunately our server was a bit neglectful. Overall great experience wonderful atmosphere with open space and outside seating. I recently went again and I have to say the bread with oil and vinegar was horrible!! All I tasted was vinegar I choked on it, first bite. I still love this place and I highly recommend.

Ordered take out on a Friday night. Pizza (including gf) and wings were delicious and the prices are much more affordable than other restaurants in the area. Service was very friendly, although our order took about twice as long as quoted. Understandable though because they were totally slammed on a Friday night. This will definitely be our go-to for pizza and wings!

I had our yummy pizza and salad delivered to us. It came quickly and tasted wonderful. My husband has been in the hospital for six weeks so it was our first pizza in a very long time. It was well worth the wait!
