Pizza Hut - Denton - Photo album

Very disappointed in our Pizza Hut experience tonight. Tried to get a hold of the store at 275 w university for 45 minutes to let them know about a burned pizza we received. Never answered the phone so we had to order a replacement from another chain.

I ordered three large pizzas and wings. Delivery was sent to door dash. Thought they were to confirm your order is correct before delivering it. Pissed…..didn’t get my wings and one pizza was wrong and not what I ordered. I think I’m going back to Papa Johns. Not acceptable Pizza Hut!

The food arrived and that's about the best I can say about it. The delivery was nearly an hour late on top of an abnormally long 80 minutes. The pizza I recieved looked like one of the toppings was added after the pizza went through the oven, and none of the food was hot. Overall was very disappoint

No one answered the phone at all for curbside pick-up. I tried calling three times and was hung up on every time. The pizza I received was torn and cut in random spots, looking like a complete mess where no slice can be picked up without falling apart.

i ordered around 6:11pm it said it would be about 25-30 minutes, around 7pm i called the pizzahut in question because my order had not arrived, was told they only delivery through doordash now and the pizzahut still had my order and it will be sent out in three minutes, i live less then 10 minutes a

Very worst service over here. I went to pick my online order and they told doordash picked up already. I returned home but couldn’t get pizza even after 45 mins and I had to call them and they told me to come to store to get the pizza or get the refund. The lady who spoke with me was so rude. Bette

I guess because I decided to pay upon arrival my order was never made or delivered…nor has anyone answered the phones…I have called 7 times waited on hold for over 15 mins. NOTHING! You know my problem is if they would’ve at least just answered the phone and stated they were behind gave me the optio

I was looking for a place to sit down and eat while my group was on their field trip to UNT. This place is mainly for delivery or pickup. With seat for those waiting on their order. The pizza was good and hit the spot on a rainy day.
