Pizza Hut

The food arrived and that's about the best I can say about it. The delivery was nearly an hour late on top of an abnormally long 80 minutes. The pizza I recieved looked like one of the toppings was added after the pizza went through the oven, and none of the food was hot. Overall was very disappointed, perhaps ordering in and picking up might be better but my delivery expererience was horrible.

i ordered around 6:11pm it said it would be about 25-30 minutes, around 7pm i called the pizzahut in question because my order had not arrived, was told they only delivery through doordash now and the pizzahut still had my order and it will be sent out in three minutes, i live less then 10 minutes away from this pizzahut so when it got to 7:46 pm and still no pizza i became concerned. checking the pizzahut alert text i found it had only just been picked up at all and was just now on the way...it finally did arrive, 2 hours after ordering, with the completely wrong order.

Very worst service over here. I went to pick my online order and they told doordash picked up already. I returned home but couldn’t get pizza even after 45 mins and I had to call them and they told me to come to store to get the pizza or get the refund. The lady who spoke with me was so rude. Better don’t go to such crazy place which has bad service.

I guess because I decided to pay upon arrival my order was never made or delivered…nor has anyone answered the phones…I have called 7 times waited on hold for over 15 mins. NOTHING! You know my problem is if they would’ve at least just answered the phone and stated they were behind gave me the option to go pick up or something…just VERY disappointed. My kid went to bed very sad because she had her heart set on pizza! Yes I could’ve went to pick up but I ordered delivery for a reason.
