Poor customer service especially t night. I order the only the I will eat from Sonic which is the Chicken strip meal with onion rings instead of fries and a slush and this time a medium butterfinger blast. The guy who took my order charged me for a kids meal, the drink separate, there were old fries mixed in what looked like old onion rings, my slush was like water & my blast was almost completely melted. I literally live less than 3 driving minutes from there so there reason my drinks should have been melted and my food cold. DO BETTER SONIC!!!

Ordered a small Oreo blizzard with EXTRA cookie dough and they put like 7 pieces of cookie dough at the top only… On your sonic website, the pictures of the blizzards show the topping ingredients are mixed all through out the cup of ice cream. But when I order one in real life, you fill a cup with ice cream and sprinkle Oreo pieces on top.. or 5 cookie dough pieces on top 🙃 and call it a blizzard. I don’t understand why you are serving things that are not on your menu sonic.

Owner is rude and unprofessional. Nobody at this location wears a name tag with their actual name on it!!! Huge Red Flag! Took my friends order at the walk up kiosk but told me they were closed 30 minutes before their normal posted hours. Needless to say my friend wanted his money back and they made the rest of our visit very aggravating. Corporate needs to step in!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Sonic I have EVER been too. Almost 30 minutes later and my order has STILL not arrived!!! No one has said anything either!!! Don’t stop at this one…you’ll just be late and disappointed!!!

Ordered 2 5 pc chicken dinners.food came out after 2 minutes so i know the chicken wasnt cooked fresh. Only recieved 6 tenders out of 10and they were hot and seemed to have been cooked twice. Werent very good. The time before this i ordered a bacon sscb and it did not have bacon on it. Poor management.

I gave sonic a fair star number the breakfast toster hands down cheapest than Jack in the Box Burger King. Choice between 🥓 or sausages eggs jelly or not on to big pieces of toasted white bread. Tater tots or french fries and drink of your choice all for the low price of under $7
